The experience was very much hassle-free.
The experience was very much hassle-free. Dejan updated me every step of the way--just a few questions, and we were done! Devin in financing got me the numbers I wanted, I had a specific OTD number in mind and we were able to arrive at an even lower number than what I wanted. Hassle-free is the only thing I can think of, wish all transactions were like this!

Sales process was amazing, but the follow throu from Sales process was great, but the follow up from the finance department was horrible. I am not sure exactly what is going on, but the communication and the vehicle registration process between Gaudin Ford and the 3rd party title company is very disorganized and follow up is terrible. I purchased a used vehicle on 12/19/23 and the title hasn't even been sent to the title company and / or the DMV. I had to follow up with the title company several times and the professionalism and follow up is terrible from the title company. No one seems to know what is going on. Do NOT recommend for out of state buyers.

They knowingly sell dangerous used cars. We cannot get car paperwork or anything we signed. We have gone in, called, texted, emailed and do NOT get help or contact back. They sold my son a dangerous car. We immediately contacted dealership, service dept and salesperson the next morning. We took our car to 2 other places for diagnostic scan and told unsafe to drive literally less than 24 hours after purchase. Their service dept would not help or repair the loud squeal. Mick Gurley is nasty, rude and completely unprofessional, he has a very bad attitude, seems to hate his job and this company refused to help, rolled his eyes and laughed at us. He should not work in any job that would involve customer service as he is just a horrible person. He literally told us the car they sold us was a piece of junk and to get a lawyer. @fordmotorcompany thats not good business. Do not purchase a used car from them, they knowinglyare selling dangerouscars. @Ford will not help @fordmotor #Ford #fordmotor #fordmotorcompany #FordCountry #gaudinford #gaudinfordporcshe

Dropped off my 2021 F-150 limited with a laundry list of small items that needed to be addressed as well as a 30k mile service. Took over a week to get it back and when I did the components around the rear view mirror and the cap that enclosed that area were sitting in my passenger seat, while the wiring from multiple sensors was dangling out from behind the mirror. They said that it spontaneously fell while it was parked and that I needed to buy a new windshield for like $1650 and it wasn’t under warranty. I have never once seen those things fall or be loose. I have tried calling and left 3 messages for a service manager to call me back so we can discuss and I have yet to hear back. The service advisor was helpful, responsive and pleasant while my truck was under repair but the final result was less than acceptable.

Does not report services to Car Fax
Since April I have contacted Gaudin Ford to report that my tires were rotated. I paid for it during a complete service. Again today I received an email from Carfax that my tire rotation is past due. How many times I have to call and contact Gaudin Ford to report this service?

I'm disgusted and in disbelief
For 20 years you guys have had four stars but as of today Monday July 3rd I am in disgust I always purchase the maintenance package 50,000 miles all I have to do is put gas and of course tires however I sent my husband to get the oil change because I am battling illness and they tell him that he has to pay $800 so that he can get preventative maintenance done so the truck doesn't break down mind you it was just a simple oil change but they let him to believe that the truck is going to break down I called up to talk to the service department and they told me that if I didn't want to have that maintenance done they would not do it but in my mind all I can think about is what if they do something to the truck to where it breaks down you can't trust anybody nowadays bottom line he took it in for an oil change why are they using scare tactics to get money out of people times are rough and you lost us as a customer we have given you great business for over 20 years I'm old school so you guys better start hiring honest mechanics with integrity

Unjustly asked not to come back!
Actually I like Gaudin Ford, here’s the problem, I was sent an email after having my brakes replaced that I needed the 90,000 miles maintenance performed. However, Gaudin Ford serviced this about two months prior. So, out of concern I called Lincoln customer service support for assistance. Chad one of Lincoln customer support told me to talk to Gaudin Ford service manager. I went on three different occasions and waited for over an hour without getting any response. I called Lincoln and informed them that I wasn’t able to get anywhere with Gaudin Ford, they suggested that I go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Finally I got a response, but it was vague, they said the service advisor sent someone else’s service report, however, that wasn’t true, the service report showed the same Vin. Number and mileage as the last service on my brakes. I declined their response to my complaint. Simple question was the 90,000 miles service performed? Gaudin reply was that the battery was replaced over a year ago and some other services were performed and I didn’t pay for it? Once again I declined their response to my complaint. Still no definitive answer, was the 90,000 miles service performed? Gaudin Ford responds was that I came into their establishment and they explained the service advisor error and apologized for his mistake. I became rude to their staff making them feel uncomfortable, and said racial slurs. They did their best to apologize and explain. I will not be receiving any refunds or anything back for service performed and I am not welcome back in their establishment. That is a complete lie, I have not asked for any refunds nor have I returned to their premises since I filed my BBB complaint. What’s so difficult about answering this simple question, was the 90,000 miles service performed? I still waiting for that answer. If they would just give me the answer for my peace of mind, I’m willing to remove all of my complaints, however, if I play fair, you do the same. I’m 76 years old and like having my suv service at Gaudin Ford, it’s near my house and never had anything problem with them before.

We received a special invitation to trade in our vehicle.
We received a special invitation to trade in our vehicle. We weren’t looking to get a new vehicle, we thought we would see what the order was all about. Or customer service rep Jacob, was about what we would expect for a customer service rep. He found us a car we liked and got the ball rolling. Then we went back to financing with Devonn Mansour. He was extremely charming and charismatic. Our deal was for the purchase price of 31,115 with a 10% interest rate, no money down. Devonn proceeded to tell us he was able to call in a favor and get us a 5.9% interest rate, a service/maintenance plan, and gap insurance using certificates and discounts. All with no increase in our payment. We felt very happy and felt like we had made a good decision. He chose his words carefully, and I admit the onus is on me for not demanding to see the agreed upon contract in paper, in my hands, as opposed to on his computer screen (purposely designed that way- to keep people from carefully looking at what they are “stacking” onto the contract). Devonn said he liked us and chose to use his favor and certificates on us and how special it was to receive. Furthermore, I was told that in order to receive the special service/maintenance I would have to sign over my Ford pass points to him. When all was said and done and I looked over my signed contract after he printed it for me, it showed that 5500.00 for service/maintenance was added to my loan, as was 950.00 for gap insurance. Making the actual purchase price over 39,000 after taxes and fees. Devonn chose his words carefully as to inspire confidence in his authenticity. He did not “throw in” a service/maintenance contract and gap insurance using one time only special discounts and certificates. He added them to the price of the car and lowered my interest rate as to not show an increase in the monthly payment. That’s great, however, if I knew that these services would be added to my loan, I never would have done it. Devonn did not ever disclose them verbally as being put onto my loan. I was under the impression these were things he used discounts and certificates to find. Bottom line, the salesperson was as expected. The finance guy Devonn swooped in to bring up our moods, tell us how great he was for throwing all these things in, and to my great shame and embarrassment, I let it happen. I know better, but shame on Gaudin Ford for supporting such underhanded practices disguised as genuine savings. Look it up, there was a class action lawsuit against a dealership in New York, for literally the same thing, almost to the exact detail. I will never go to Gaudin Ford again, and I would only recommend them to my worst enemy.
