Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. This is a REAL REVIEW... My entire family has been a Ford Family for years and for 10+ years we have been buying cars with Gaudin Ford. I have helped my kids, friends, and colleague's out be recommending them to Gaudin. Shame on me. I won't' any more... Why? Well, here we go.... This past month, I bought 3 Cars from them. 2x 2023 Bronco Sports (1 of each of my kids) and 1 2023 Bronco WildTrak for my wife's 50th Birthday.... My credit score is 841, they tried to rip me off with a 10.99% interest rate. The told me the Director said they have to keep all loans with Ford Financing. The finance manager told me that he always adds 2% to the approved rate he gets approved for the buyer. Even in this rate challenged economy, I know what the rates are for Tier 1 credit consumers. I was pre-approved elsewhere for 5.17%. It was so difficult to get them to approve me to go somewhere else for financing because they were so concerned about themselves and not me, the customer. I did ultimately get approval to get financing outside of Ford Financing. Then, it's time to Register the vehicle, and I can't. It's entered wrong. DMV said they can't register it yet. The vehicle attached to the EDRS# is not the vehicle I bought. DMV say's it's on the dealership, the dealership says it's on DMV. Still not able to register the vehicle and now that they have their money, no help at all. And now, my Bronco (for my wife's 50th birthday) is sitting in service, for the 4th time in 3 weeks, and this time for 9 days, and I have to call them to get updates. And the update is they are waiting on Ford Engineering to tell them how to fix the issue? Why was a sold a vehicle with an issue, first of all. And why isn't someone caring enough about me as a customer to offer to help us out. Nothing. No help No Care. Don't buy from them. They don't care about you.

I've been a client of Gaudin for the past two decades,

I've been a client of Gaudin for the past two decades, leasing every 3 years. I was fortunate to Bill Wheeler at the helm. This year, the 2023 money factor on leases wasn't appealing - so Bill shared the 36 month 0% and for the first time in 20 years I ordered and purchased my Explorer ST. The entire experience was seamless, professional and efficient.

Unhelpful and Shame on you Gaudin !

Bought lots of cars over the years, I sent my daughter in to buy a 2016 ford last night, she’s 19, her first car, they kept her until closing over 5 hours trying to get her to pay more per month, sales person was just plain not a nice person, finance tried helping, a little, she has an estimate she needed to make per month, anyways sales person krasimir stoynev! made her uncomfortable and just wouldn’t help her in anyway! She ended up going to Subaru Las Vegas off 215 today walked out with a car a few hours later, they didn’t make her feel bad being her first car financing, they even lowered the total price on the car to help her on what her goal was per month! ! That’s what has always happened with me at bmw Henderson , Audi henderson , all incredible, Gaudin Shane on you for doing this to young people and first time car buyers!!

Purchased my Escape at Gaudin.

Purchased my Escape at Gaudin. They delivered my vehicle to me in the dark. They closed the doors and lights out, everyone left except for the salesperson. I returned to have it detailed and they didn't have time. I'm supposed to be a VIP but that's just a scam. I purchased a warranty and they wouldn't honor it. I swore I would never go there again. Now, the bolts to the plate under my vehicle have fallen out. Went to two other Ford dealerships and they wouldn't fix it. Went to Gaudin and just terrible customer service, especially when I'm supposed to be a VIP. Sad that they don't have empathy, even human kindness to help. Too bad they couldn't take less than 5 min to just put new bolts in. Frustrating to even keep talking about it.

Had a great experience here using the Costco Car Buyer

Had a great experience here using the Costco Car Buyer program. Got a great price for a 1 1/2 year old used vehicle. Ask for Mladen Raychev. He's an amazing salesman, very engaging, and will answer any questions I text him while we were in the process of buying the car, and since buying the car. We'll be back!

Phenomenal service and selection.

Phenomenal service and selection. David in sales was top notch. Very nice guy. And Tony in finance was outstanding. Really helped me out getting into my new F-150. Great dealership filled with great people. What else can you ask for.

Last year my husband objected to $200 of tests when all

Last year my husband objected to $200 of tests when all the service department had to do was check the battery first, which was the problem. After not receiving any recourse, he wrote a poor review. Gaudin Ford offered to refund the $200, if he would change the review, which he did. But he never received the $200 even after multiple phone calls and more promises. Gaudin Ford has lost a customer and received another bad review. I believe the service department gets good reviews as long as you agree with everything they do, once you don’t, they won’t work with you to rectify the situation.

Went into the dealership looking for a Maverick but

Went into the dealership looking for a Maverick but during my initial visit there were none available (not shocked due to the crazy times we are livin). Mike called me a few days later letting me know that a couple of orders were surrendered. Frank honored the X-Plan pricing and the deal was done without crazy AMV markup.

Great service professional and very smooth transaction.

Great service professional and very smooth transaction. My sales guy james was great kept me updated on my maverick til the day it was ready for pick up. Finance dept also top notch worked with me to get me the best deal possible.
