I give Bill Pierce Honda an excellent rating because I am always treated with respect and courtesy. I did not have to wait to check my car in. The oil change was completed in 30 minutes while I waited. I ask several questions with regard to the maintenance of my Honda and answers were explained thoroughly.

Service changing out fluids for breaks/power steering.
Betty was the service lady, very polite and knowledgeable, provided good easy to understand answers to my questions concerning service light constantly being on, why the horn was not functioning etc.

Great service and painless!
I'm very happy with the service department at Bill Pearce Honda. Check in and out was fast and the shuttle service invaluable - Bill is such a great guy. Everyone, in fact was cheerful and helpful.

Excellent Experience
The staff at Bill Pierce is attentive, friendly, and personable, they make the experience of buying a car stress free and comfortable. I have been going to Bill Pierce since 2006 and have received repeated excellent service in all departments. Arlene, Russell, and Moises were very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. The staff also made follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I had any additional questions! I will continue to purchase vehicles at Bill Pierce due to the excellent service I receive.
