Outstanding!

Always very pleased with service :) Scott, besides being my brother, is so knowledgeable, I would trust any car related job with him. Arlene and Dudley were great with coordinating with the service center!

Honda Service

Easy, fast, right. My experience with Honda service since 1992 has always been excellent. I will continue to bring my Honda CR-V for service.

Another new Honda!

No pressure, my sales rep Arlene is always prompt and friendly answering any of my questions via phone, text, in person. Rodney stepped in immediately if Arlene was with another customer.

New Car Experience

Our experience was great. Irina was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were happy to get the interest rate at 0.9 which kept our payment at the budget we were looking for.

New tires

I had new tires put on my Honda CRV thru the oil change plan. It was done on time and everyone was very helpful. I have leased 3 Honda CRV's from this dealer and I will continue to do so.

Recall Notice / 2017 Honda Civic

The employees in the service center could not have been any more accommodating. Each one was courteous and polite and Pedro explained the issue of the recall and how long it would take to perform the repair of the coolant 3-way connector. I would also like to give a shout out to the employees that shuttle customers to a destination of their choice and pick them up again when their vehicle is ready. It is a great service! Thank you to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda employees!

Prompt service

I made my appointment but was a little early arriving. My service adviser Rich, let me know what needed attention, other than my oil change and got it taken care of. I appreciate the care I get at Bill Pearce Honda.
