Wait time to see a service man was a bit long and no one recognized my presence for five to eight minutes. But then service was good.

Service.area very friendly and I was out less than hour..I waited in the showroom and I wasnt bothered.and the best part my service was free.

I needed an oil change, but did not have an appointment. I was told that if I dropped the vehicle off before 9:00 am and could leave it for the day, it would be worked in. I was given a ride to work and was pleasantly surprised to get a call before lunch that the service was complete.

I did not have an appointment, but was told I could leave my vehicle the next morning, which was Saturday, they changed my battery which was under warranty. And less than a couple hours later my Jeep was good to go.

Another easy service visit for my Jeep Grand Cherokee! I came in recently for an oil change with tire rotation and vehicle inspection, and was there less than an hour! Friendly staff all around.
