They got me in the day after I called.
They got me in the day after I called. As soon I brought my vehicle in, they started the assessment and shortly had an answer. They fixed the problem in less than 2 hours at an affordable price. I was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

I originally made my recall service appointment online.
I originally made my recall service appointment online. When I showed up in September 2024.. the service rep told me that I should have called in for my appt. They did a service check that day but the main appt was for a recall. They had to order parts for that to happen. So I went home about an hour later. About three days go by and I get a call from the same rep who was just asking me how things were going.. I asked him if the parts were in. He said no. I never heard back from him. After the holidays I decided to call him. I left a voicemail. No calls. Or emails. I kept receiving Carfax emails in regards to my recall for my jeep but nothing about my parts being in. I called a week later and finally talked to someone. He didn't ask me for my info but set up an appointment. At the end of the call I asked him if he had my info... And he said yes. See you January 23 2025... I know that he tried to sell me on tires in Sept. I got a quote. Then before my appt in January I got an email about adding an appraisal to my service appt to sell my car. No. I just wanted to have my vehicle serviced for the manufacturers recall.
