Ms. B, Please accept my apology for the confusion we created during your purchase. When we don't have the exact car you want in stock, thankfully we can arrange a trade between dealers. Usually those trades go off without a hitch, but sometimes there are challenges we need to work through, and we need to do a better job of communicating that to you, and aligning your expectations beforehand. As I stated on our call, we should have absolutely done a better job of communicating what was going on to Chris, who could have communicated that to you. This experience has been a learning lesson for us, and in response, we have changed how we proceed forward by including the salesperson in the process of acquiring the vehicle, so they can better communicate with our customers. Please accept our humble apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you. And thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we may avoid this happening again. Very clean facility.

Very clean facility. The staff is awesome! Waiting time for oil change about an hour and a half. Overall very efficient.
