I have been using this dealership for car service for almost a year now and they are amazing. everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful and fast. Plus the waiting area is always super clean and stocked with snacks and water to wait.

The service desk personnel were prompt and efficient....

The service desk personnel were prompt and efficient. The technicians however forgot to close the hood. Glad I caught it before I traveled the 90 miles home.

Needed new motor in my car was taken care of in a week....

Needed new motor in my car was taken care of in a week. Though they could've put gas and washed it. Its dirty from working in it and won't come off car.

I'm very upset by this particular visit. The first...

I'm very upset by this particular visit. The first complaint I have is how long it took; I understand that things are different right now due to COVID-19, and there are limitations in place for the employees' protection while they're working. That doesn't change the fact that I was told there oil change would only take about 1 hour to 1 hour, 15 minutes, but I was actually there for two hours, and was never given an update that it would take longer. Also, the oil cap on the engine was broken, not by my own doing, yet I'm being expected to pay for the replacement? I've never touched that cap in the entire time I have owned this vehicle, so I don't understand why I should pay for a replacement of a piece I've never touched, and was broken by someone else's handling. I will also be returning to the service department today (7/3/20) to address this issue. I wish I could a proper 5-star for this visit, I want to give this visit a 5-star review as the service department is always great. The problem is, I can't for the reasons I have given.

The service department did a great job. I also received a complimentary car wash. Plus, our car was available to pick up before the time originally quoted. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff as well.
