How to make a 16 year old happy....buy a used car from JTL. We brougt a used 2015 Mitsubishi from JTL and my son was over the moon! Car #4!!!! We just keep coming back.

Wow! I just can’t express how thrilled I am with my new BMW! I had the absolute best experience with this dealership. The service was excellent, but most of all they treat you like family. This was probably the best experience anyone in my family has had at a car dealership. Eric and Carmine were extremely helpful during the whole process. I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed at anytime. It felt more like a friend was helping me find the right car that fit what I needed, instead of being "sold" I have also dealt with the service department, who I can affirm are also very helpful. Eric and aj went out of their way to make us feel at home in the office. They didn’t attempt to push anything on us that wasn’t absolutely nessasary. When we first arrived, aj asked us what we were interested in and narrowed the search down to one truck. Once we made our decision the rest of the visit was cakewalk. After months of searching for a beautiful 10-13 manual Chevy Camaro, i finally came across JTL where they had 2 very beautiful cars that suited my checklist for a car i would finance for the first time ever. I originally started communicating with the salesman Joe who handled everything quickly and professionally! JTL provided pick up accomodations since i did not have a car at the moment, and they also handled minor details the car needed! The Service Technicians also got into detail talking about the car with me and showing off its beautiful features, But i dont remember their names! The owner John, and Manager Eric were also very involved in educating myself, a first time buyer, with any questions and helped me to get the best possible deal even though they didnt know me! They treat all their customers with the same respect they would a friend. I am so excited and very pleased. It's been about a week now and no scary suprise issues or anything with the car! I also have a 90 day warranty on the parts that matter the most, although im sure i wont be needing it! thanks everyone at JTL!
