I’m a loyal Nissan customer.

I’m a loyal Nissan customer. My second leased 2022 Rogue had a broken inner tie rod. I only had 10,000 miles and they wouldn’t cover the repair. Had to file insurance claim. Shady dealer!!!!

Forget ALL your preconceived ideas about a car

Forget ALL your preconceived ideas about a car dealership. I was blown away by the knowledgeable, polite and helpful service we received from our sales person. Chris Taylor was not pushy.... but he was so helpful and knows his stuff. He and Aaron Reel went over and above to make it painless and accessible. Thank you!

I can’t even tell you how you need to stay away from this

I can’t even tell you how you need to stay away from this dealership! They are a hook line and switch! They will lie to you! Rip you off! Have you sign a contract and a week later tell you to come back and tell you there is a problem you need to come in and sign a new contract! Tyler, Jon and chandler! Not to mention Linda. Well now Jon is gone chandler is no longer a sales person I wonder why. Because now a year later I have a $459.00 bill they promised to pay they signed said they would pay taxes on the car if I bought the new car. They never paid. It’s now in collections. I’ve emailed! Called corporate. Nothing! I contacted the Attorney General! However how far is that going to get me! I am going to have to go there. I’m a girl so it’s not easy when they ripped me off with this 14 lease. I’m at my wits end. They are horrible people stay away!

Also please be aware or Unfair Trade practices they are very deceptive. They Kentucky law requires them to provide Warranty Protection on new vehicles with rebuilt engines. I was not give that. I was given a warranty that excluded the engine and excluded me to go back to their facility. Only to where I purchased the vehicle.

The sales staff at Coyle Nissan in Clarksville, Indiana is top notch. Aaron Reel was my salesperson and was very easy to work with. No hassle, no pressure relaxed with the customer driving the sale. I purchased a 2022 Frontier and absolutely love it. Ask for Aaron. You will not regret it.

Poor Service

Took my Rouge in for a oil change and a tire patch. Was told the nail was in the sidewall and couldn’t be repaired. Service advisor sent a picture to me and the nail was clearly patch able. Was also quoted 337.00 for a tire. No other options was giving as far as tire pricing. Was also charged for the oil change. Advisor was told we purchased the service agreement for free oil changes, and the response was we don’t honor that. Needless to say when I arrived and they saw in my past history I have never been charged, they said it would refunded. Also my vehicle was taken to a competitor and they patched my tire at no charge. 2 days later Mike the service manager called and tried to defend his service advisor Chad’s actions, and thought I had no idea what I was talking about with my vehicle. His response was we will have to agree to disagree. I would rather go to Louisville Nissan than ever deal with Coyle Nissan again.

Aaron Reel was absolutely wonderful to work with.

Aaron Reel was absolutely wonderful to work with. I ended up getting a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder after he patiently took multiple test drives in a few vehicles. He explained all of the accessories well and personally cleaned the vehicle up for me before I left. He even stayed well after their normal closing time to get it done and get me in the car the same day. Could not say more good things about Aaron and the team at Coyle Nissan.

I took my frontier pro 4X in for an oil change and tire...

I took my frontier pro 4X in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by service rep Jackie. I asked how long it would take and she replied 1 hour. If my timing was correct it was under an hour when Jackie notified me my truck was ready!! Jackie was very pleasant to talk with. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. The waiting area is very clean and furnishes snacks,coffee, water and bathroom facilities are spotless. Of course I will continue giving a 5 star rating because of the kind staff and service I receive. Thanks again. D. Stine
