I dealt with Jordan in sales and Aaron in finance. Long story short don't bother if your from out of state here. They are more interested in pushing their own financing on you and making excuses about it than selling you a car. Then if you want to use your own APPROVED and ready to go financing they just ignore you out right. Well atleast the salesman did. Most unprofessional dealer I've ever dealt with and only 5 hours away from me. Don't bother if your out of state. They won't put forth the effort unless it's on their own terms to put you in a vehicle.

I worked with Chris Taylor, on a Nissan Xterra. Chris was very kind, no pressure sales, and made sure I was taken care of. I passed on the vehicle I was interested in, because I wanted something different. I would buy from Chris with confidence!

Today I purchased my first Nissan which was a new Altima....

Today I purchased my first Nissan which was a new Altima. I had done some research and saw that Coyle Nissan had a great selection of vehicles. I am very pleased with the service at Coyle. My salesperson Shawn was absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable with the inventory and the features of each model. There was no pressure at all and the pricing was clear and precise. This was the easiest car buying experience. I highly recommend Coyle Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at a competitive price. I will be a repeat customer.

I was searching for a new vehicle and went to Coyle...

I was searching for a new vehicle and went to Coyle Nissan. I let the salesperson know I had pre-approval from my credit union. I found a car that I liked and when it came time for financing I was told they could beat my credit unions interest rate which turned out to be false. The finance guy wanted a down payment and I was told without a down payment I would be charged a 15% interest rate. Not only did they not beat the credit union interest rate I am stuck with a unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit that obviously caused my score to drop! I was treated as though I was desperate for a car and I will NEVER return to Coyle Nissan nor will I EVER recommend them to ANYONE Iknow!!! A total waste of time and energy!! If I could give negative stars I would!

I would never deal with dealership again My son has a...

I would never deal with dealership again My son has a lease car. They kept contacting him to turn in early and get a new lease. The salesperson told him he could get a SUV for the same price he was paying $265 month My son took a day off work to go I there He has made appt with salesperson and she wasn’t even there when he got there Then they tried to tell him it would be $450 month instead of $275 plus they wanted him to put money down. Salesperson (Linda Overall) had told him no money down I am very disappointed in this dealership Would not recommend at all They had called him and emailed him almost daily until he came in there He will be leading a car from a different dealership

Disappointed

We bought a new 2020 sentra and the next day found paint spots on passenger door. Coyles refuses to return our phone calls and repair. We have been in contact with Nissan Customer Service and even they said something is shady.

I have Never felt so Disrespected today

So I set up a test drive for today a couple days ago. I knew the vehicle might be sold as its first come first serve. So i had received an email asking if I had any questions and if i had been taken care of when i was called. I told them i was taken care of and that i would be up there in an hour to drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee i had inquired about. I was told great see you shortly. I arrived about an hour after we had exchanged emails. I went inside and gave them my name about 2 mins later I was told it had been sold that morning. First iwas very pissed because I drove an hour that was gone and the email made it seemed like the vehicle was there.I left upset and I received a phone call and I was told I cant be mad because the vehicle was sold. I told her multiple times Im not mad the vehicle sold Im mad that the communication was so bad that nobody checked after I said I was on the way. she continued on and on about being mad the vehicle was sold. I wasnt and she would not listen what so ever so I hung up and then went to go get dinner. I then got an email with a video saying I cant be mad about the vehicle being sold and then continued to tell me why. First off Im not stupid i know what happens and 2nd for being in customer service you suck and do not listen. Im mad that i was lied to and made to believe that the vehicle was still there and I drove over an hour to find out at the dealer. Bottom line is your communication sucks and needs to be improved. I will not ever buy anything from Coyle dealerships and hope nobody else does either they are liars.

This was my second service visit since I purchased my car. My service adviser, Jackie Marriott was awesome, she explained needed services clearly and everything that was done was completed in a very timely manner.
