Drove over and hour to come and see a car I found online. The salesman was very friendly and nice, the location is pretty horrible, very rough neighborhood and the shop itself is falling apart and they have no lot which was odd to me. The car I went to look at looked pristine online but in person it was filthy (I was surprised to find the glove box and floors filled with chunks of dirt) and the car itself had not only scratched and dings but major chunks of paint missing and a loose front bumper, which I was told is why it was priced lower but honestly for the condition it was in it should have been priced 2-3k lower-anyone who buys that car is going to have to have it repainted and totally overhauled inside and out-not to mention the car had trouble and hesitated when starting. The other odd thing was I personally drove the salesman to the 6th floor of a parking garage 5 minutes away to see the car, just wasn’t my idea of a good time after just driving over an hour to get there. Not sure I would make the trip again considering how sketchy the surrounding area is but very nice staff.

I didnt buy a car from them but was going to but ended up at my local dealership getting a car while waiting for service to b done on my car. Charles Valentine was the salesman at Bianco and was so attentive-responsive -and quick to return emails about the car I was interested in. He was even going to come in on a Sunday to show me the car on his day off when they were closed! It's an over 300 mile trip to get to Bianco and back home for me but with the service I received even without buying a car I will surely look to them again on my next purchase! THANKS CHARLES!

Was looking to buy a Subaru, which this dealership has a number of and they all look like a good value. All cars are clean and seem thoroughly checked out so that customer will be happy. Worked with Ed and am very happy with the Subaru I purchased. Ed also made sure a couple of things were taken care of, which was impressive because this office is very busy. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

My family purchased their first car with them back in 2014 while I was in high school; a 2003 Volvo s40 and it ran beautifully. Ed even went so far as to come to our house to personally deliver new windshield wipers. Needless to say their customer service is above and beyond. So when it came time to find a car for myself I kept them in mind and am so glad I did. I saw a 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport on their website and immediately put in a request to look at it. It was on a Sunday and I wasn't expecting a response until Monday but Charlie surprised me and contacted me that same day. I walked in a few days later to test the car and was greeted with such openness. On top of that, these guys stayed later in the day to accommodate my schedule so thank you. Charlie was upfront and honest throughout the whole process of test driving and that is something you won't find everywhere and I appreciated that tremendously. Next I met with Ed, the finance manager. For a first time car buyer, Ed is a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to help me finance this car, kept me involved every step of the way, and answered any questions I had (and there were quite a few). I honestly can't thank them enough! I absolutely love my car and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Ed at Bianco got me an old Subaru Forester in no time. answered all my questions, called back, made it easy. Started Monday, driving my car out on Wednesday. Good value and good treatment.

So I test drove my car with Charlie and again, very relaxing and he's so knowledgeable. I fell in love with my car, which BTW, is a 2015 Charger SXT AWD, and a RARE car to find around here, it is everything I wanted!
