As soon as we came in to the dealer, we saw two angry and unsatisfied customers requesting for their money back. The owner was dismissive and rude to them. Right away, I felt off about the place. Then he sent us to go look at the car we wanted and it was overpriced and sounded like it had some mechanical issues. I had read the reviews and many of them were suspicious and unsatisfied...they were right

I'm sorry you had a negative experience. Are you sure you are not confusing us with another dealership? The experience you describe is so uncharacteristic of us. The concept of two angry customers requesting their money back is unheard of. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. As far as you looking at an overpriced vehicle with mechanical issues that is questionable as well. Please feel free to come in and see me personally. Reliable Ed D.
Ed D was very professional and not pushy like most auto dealers. He understood that my young adult son was on a tight budget and deducted a fair amount from the price listed online that was already reasonable. He waited for us later than his usual closing time. In addition, he handled the paperwork so efficiently that we received the plates/registration in such a timely fashion that my family and I were impressed.

Excellent personalized service
I purchased a 2008 Nissan Murano at a good price over a year ago - The car needed some work recently and Ed was so helpful and courteous- He worked with the warranty company to cover the repair costs in full and also the cost of the rental car while my car was being repaired- Above and beyond my expectations- I’m so impressed ! A great experience
I bought a low mileage, very clean 2006 Subaru Forester in great condition. Ed was good and fair. I have great credit but was between jobs at the time of purchase - not a worry.

Wonderful Experience
We were in desperate search for a van and came across a Chrysler Town and Country on Bianco Auto Sales on Craigslist.org. We visited the sales lot and was met with Ed (General Sales Manager). We liked that he didn't pressure us and allowed us to take our time looking at the van. Afterwards, Ed worked his magic and in the end, we were able to get the van which met our expectations and more. We are very grateful for Ed and we highly recommend him and Bianco Auto Sales :)

Bought my first car from Ed

Update... 2007 S550 CV Axel issue
Update...!! I spoke with Ed about the issue with the CV Joint on my 07 S550 and how I felt about how it was handled. He assured me the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was willing to meet me half way on the repair and to make it more convenient for me I could use my mechanic to do the job. I want to thank Frank, Ed and Bianco Auto Sales for stepping up and paying half for the repair. Car is running beautiful ! Thanks Frank and Ed... Michael Borghese

Purchase of a Ford Escape
Its been several months now since I purchased a Ford Escape and I am still waiting for a reimbursement of the amount of $250 toward replacement of new tires for the SUV. My experience with Ed started friendly enough until he sold me a car he knew was not safe to drive. According to him the car had passed inspection but to my surprise when I took the car to my mechanic, he discovered the brake lines were broken and the tires needed to be replace immediately because they were so cracked making it a saftey issue. I would not recommend this dealership and if you do go, take your own mechanic with you if you can.
