Came in for regular service. Staff was very professional and fully informed me of work to be done. Work was completed within the estimated time. This was my first service visit with my car and I came away very positively impressed.

Clean area, great service.

I love the service. I wish a Cadillac could be closer from my home in Virginia, perhaps in Tysons corner or Ashburn area.

Wonderful service. I would use them again.

I had a problem with CUE. It was tested and found to be working properly. However, when I came back to pick up the problem occurred again. Service took back the car and ordered a replacement part. Other work was maint. and a recall notice which were addressed. All good Thanks much.

Roberto the Service Manager is excellent! Joe from Service is excellent as well! I had problems communicating with Mike the Manager of the Body Shop unfortunately. Convient,,Fast and easy

Once my appointment is made,I am in and out.Ime is very important to me.When service in completed,I get my car wash and I am on my way.

The Way Buying A New Car Should Be

My purchase experience at Jim Coleman was outstanding. I had never purchased a car from this dealership. I have purchased many new cars from several dealerships over 40 years, and my experience with Jim Coleman was among the best. This was mainly due to the salesman, Glenn Price, who was friendly, supportive, patient, and listened to what I wanted and accommodated my vehicle desires and my schedule for test driving several vehicles as well as my desired purchase date. As a result, and with his superb assistance, he obtained and I purchased exactly the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted and at the best price. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, and no hassles. As a result, I was able to purchase a 2014 ATS with discounts and rebates off of MSRP totalling nearly $7500. Also, Stew Mallon in the financing department explained the financing options in detail, several financing options were explored, and with his help I saved an additional $800. This is the way purchasing a vehicle should be.

I purchased an Escalade in 2002 from Jim Coleman and the...

I purchased an Escalade in 2002 from Jim Coleman and the experience was unbelievable. They were awesome ! So at 206,000 miles it was time for a new one. Hoping things would be the same, the first stop was Jim Coleman's. That was the only stop. Awesome again ! Smooth sailing !! Glenn is a great sales person, very personable and knowledgeable. The whole team there is great to work with. I can only hope I get another 200,000 miles out of the new vehicle. And thank you to a business who knows what good customer service is.

Good service and nice staff.

Staff was prompt, available to suit my time schedule, and polite. Mr. Landon, a sales rep, was particularly helpful when he set up an auto for us to use during our service period. If and when we are ready for a new Caddy, Mr. Landon will be our choice for sales rep.

Excellent service, veery customer oriented.

Service rep kept me informed in a timely manner about each of the items on the "to do" list as they were completed. I did not need to call the rep; she called me. That is what I call good service.
