Terrible Service. No Respect for Customers

This is an awful dealership. First time I had my brand new Cadillac CT6 there for service, I had a very hard time getting a call back for a simple question and to setup service. They just don’t bother to return calls. Finally I left a message for the owner of the dealership, and then the Service Manager Jose managed to call me back. I brought it in and it needed a part (door hinge) ordered. I was told I would get a call once the piece was received. I never got a call back. After a couple of months I called them and found out no one had bothered to order the part in question. This second service opportunity was worse. I came home from a weeklong trip and discovered my CT6 had no power. Called for a jump from road side assistance, but that didn’t work. They installed a new battery and that didn’t work. So they towed it to Jim Coleman Cadillac, I was told someone would call first thing in the morning, but again - no call. I don’t know how many folks would be happy to spend 80k on a car and recieve this sort of sub-par customer service. My recommendation - steer clear of Jim Coleman Cadillac and Cadillac’s altogether. I’m going back to Mercedes.

Best and Easiet Dealership to Work With

From the initial phone call to the last little detail. Jim Coleman Cadillac is in a class by itself. The staff is extremely prompt, courteous, thorough, patient, understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They always seem to go above and beyond. I've tried to work with other dealerships and none come close to this one...even when purchasing remotely.

Horrible experience

i have been looking at buying a used SUV for a while and decided to go look at one here at jim Coleman and the sales person was so pushy and telling me I have to buy the car today. I was trying to get information on how much extra warranty would cost and they said if I buy today they can use a coupon but if I leave no discount. I will not be pressured into buying a car from a Cadillac or any other dealer. I left and will never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. I went to several other dealers and the experience was so much better. There was no pressure and telling me what I have to do. I will buy from someone who doesn?t pressure their customers

Service department was the best!

A service code on my SRX suddenly popped up on the information panel while on travel from Virginia to New York. Lucky for me Jim Coleman Cadillac was convenient to get to. When I pulled into the service department, I was greeted right away and directed to a service advisor. Cesar Cuyun, one of the advisors couldn't have been more helpful. He was spot-on with taking care of the 4 wheel drive rear axle pump and got me back on the road as quick as anyone could have. Many thanks to Cesar and to Jim Coleman Cadillac.

Great Dealer and Great teamwork 10/17/2017

I’m so happy to bought a great Lexus Rx 350 , they are very friendly ,sales Devin Hansen answered my all of my question, He help me to make an right decision to be treated well price for my old car also, they contacted DMV and my auto insurance less than 50 minutes , I’m very satisfied their knowledgeable and great service, my family everyone like the Car, I will tell my friend to coming Lindsay Cadillac.

One of The Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime but my car buying experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac was one of The Best Ever! The customer service I received from my salespersons (Rebecca Mbombo and Glenn Price, who assisted Rebecca) was truly Outstanding!!! I purchased a 2016 Cadillac CT6 and a 2016 Cadillac Escalade within one week of each other and Rebecca and Glenn assisted me with my vehicle selection and demonstrating the features on the vehicle. I was excited to see Rebecca and Glenn's willingness to work together to make my car buying experience on the best ever. I was also impressed when I received a follow-up call from Rebecca to see how I was enjoying my new vehicles and to let me know that I could give her a call if there's anything I needed from the dealership. Manoj Melwani and Stewart Mallon sat down with me in the Finance Office and was able to work out the pricing on my trade-in and on the new vehicles to get me in the payment range I wanted. Not once did I fell like I was being pressured into accepting a car payment that I was not comfortable with. Manoj mentioned that he did not want me to go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and that he wanted to earn my business. I'm glad he did!!! Overall, the customer service and professionalism shown by Rebecca, Glenn, Manoj, and Stewart was just totally Awesome! Everyone worked together as a team with my car buying experience and I am enjoying my new CT6 and Escalade! I look forward to more outstanding car buying experiences at Jim Coleman Cadillac in the future. I would highly recommend Jim Coleman Cadillac to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Cadillac Serviced

Marty did a great job. He was very professional and made sure the work got done. Cadillac dealership next to Toyota dealership is not enhancing Cadillac brand, especially, since it's all owned by the same company; tacky.
