Getting Repairs Done

I brought my SUV to the dealership because the check engine light came on. After dealing with warranty issues, they were able to fix the issues that were covered under my warranty. The overall experience was a good one.

Dead battery

2014 SRX with dead battery. Manage to get it started, made it to dealership and was greeted by Cesar at the service desk. Waited for repair to be completed. Cesar kept me informed on the progress of the work. In as short time the work was completed and thanks to Cesar I was on my way.

Best Cadillac Dealer in the National Capitol area

First Experience

My local dealer didn't seem to want to help me find my new SRX and after a brief internet search I found my new SRX at Jim Coleman. A bit of a drive but so worth it to get what you want and to be treated well. In fact we started buying sight unseen. Scott P. handled the sale and answered all our questions. Stu explained my options to buy or lease and in the end I made the decision that was right for me, no high pressure tactics here. In and out quickly. This was my first experience at Jim Coleman, but it surely won't be my last.

Great Experience
