good service- nice facility

Great service! However I would like to work with one service manager each time I come for the service. This has done in the past but the past 2 times I had different service manager and this was difficult.

They make you feel special

The service department always makes me feel important and they try to explain anything I don't understand. I told my husband he has to buy his next car from Jim Coleman because of how well they do everything.

Great service

The AC odor service bulletin repair was performed professionally and with the slightest excuse or attempt to avoid product responsibility. Caesar is a very professional representative for both Jim Coleman and Cadillac.

Excellent service

I was pleasantly welcome. He explained what the procedure would be to service my care. Later, he would call me to explain the findings and the cost.

Great Service

Battery died. Called Moussa and he told me to bring it right in. We did, the car was addressed in a timely fashion and washed. :-) Thank you!!!!
