Honest service. VERY clean facility.

Every one was very friendly. The work was done well. I thought I needed a repair, and they could have replaced my wiper mechanisism, but they showed me I did not need the repair. Their honesty saved me from spending money needlessly. I appreciate their integrity.

Efficient and on time. Took care of the two recalls due that I was unaware that I had two recalls. The roses were also a added pleasure to the service.

Jim Coleman Cadillac, SRX is great

Darrell Landon allowed my wife and I all the time we needed to proceed with our purchase/lease and went through multiple scenarios to get us in the right SRX. Plus the Showroom looks great. Then Darrell gave us an extra bonus when the car was preped, thanks Darrell

great service for a disappointing car

The service personnel were excellent. it is hard for me to give a unbiased view since I have had to replace 2 clutches since buying the car. I have driven a manual transmission care since i bought my first car and never before had to replace a clutch. The service however was great. I would never recommend a Cadillac but would recommend the service department.

My Brand New 2015 CTS

Glen Price is a thorough, knowledgeable and careful salesman. Glen is polite, respectful; he sold me my 2009 Cadillac CTS. Next time I buy another car., I'll be sure to ask for Glen. The Finance Manager Stewart Mallon really knows his business; he is thorough and fast at his job. Coleman Cadillac is a great place to buy a car - no pressure. The showroom is very clean as is the snack area, I was very impressed by Coleman's recent remodeling.
