Great Friendly Service

We brought our Corolla in for work covered by our extended warranty and found the service department to be very well organized, friendly, an helpful. My husband observed a disabled customer getting respectful service. We found everyone helpful and the work was done in a timely manner.

Bad Service

I had our 2006 Toyota Avalon serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota it was the worst experience I have had at a Toyota service department. We have used Jim Coleman for all our service on our Toyota's for years. Not only was the repair cost extremely high the Avalon was delivered with grease all over the paint and a 6" scratch on the door. DO NOT USE JIM COLEMAN ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE.

My service advisor Chris Mwepu was very detailed and patient in explaining the work needed on my vehicle. Each service I feel at ease knowing Chris is handling all details. I can thank him enough.

Harald and Larry makes your wishes come true!

I don't do reviews, but this place deserves it!! I don't know where to start...I'm going to try to keep this sweet and short. I have the worst credit anyone can think of (well to me)...I have a bankruptcy that discharged a couple months go. Two cars on my bankruptcy and a high credit usage. I got shot down at one dealership, went to another...no go - shot down again. Third times a charm is a TRUE saying. Harald from Jim Cole Toyota called me and worked out the most amazing deal ever for me. He promised me that he will get me driving home in a car and he sure did. He doesn't play games, he got us IN AND OUT in no time!!! It was the fastest process ever!!! Harald is upfront and honest with you from point A to B. Larry our sales person was awesome to work with as well, him and my husband had a few laughs which was great. This was a very personable experience and I HIGHLY recommend Jim Coleman Toyota...ASK FOR HARALD and LARRY (I forgot his last name, sorry LARRY!!!) We will be coming back for our future cars!!!

Excellent service

This is my 3rd car that I lease at Jim Coleman and I am very pleased with my experienced with them especially with Ramon Cabrera and Brian Brooks. They explain to me step by step everything that I need to know about the car.

The Best!!!!

If you are looking for superb service and a quality vehicle; go on down to Jim Coleman and ask for the team in the game. Harald Schmidt told me he was going to put me in a car that I could afford and he did just that. Harald and Larry just coming from off a bankruptcy, he got me a 2012 camary with 30000 miles . Great and speedy service, full explanation.

The service was performed in less time than I expected. The waiting room was a very pleasant place to wait. And I was told in detail what the check-up had found, including the need for a new battery
