nice and accommodating, the facility was clean and people

nice and accommodating, the facility was clean and people were very personable, the whole buying process was great. We have had no issues to date with Hertrich or the vehicle

I told Craig what I was in the market for & he took me

I told Craig what I was in the market for & he took me thru new and used vehicle options. He found me the exact vehicle I was looking for. And helped me with the whole process making it a wonderful & productive experience in a timely and painless fashion. Thx Craig, I'll be back.

Worst buying experience I've ever had!

Worst buying experience I've ever had! Made appointment with sales rep (Craig Ringer). Truck was going to be sitting out front and ready. I was looking to purchase a "brand new" silverado 1500 rst. Going to look briefly at truck as I new 100% what I wanted and was getting it. When I arrived the truck had just been pulled out from car wash. Wasn't dried or anything but that was okay, I thought and surely they would take care of it. No big deal. When I went over to truck it had been so dirty the car wash didn't even clean it. Then I noticed it was filthy on the inside when Craig opened the door. Someone's personal belonging were all in the front. The bed had gravel and branches in it. The truck looked like someone was doing landscaping out of it. The truck had over 2,000 miles on it. The sales rep said thats no big deal, 2,000 miles is nothing. It was supposed to be a brand new truck. Craig offered me $500 off for the condition and mileage. I said NO and left. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! That was very disappointing.

I don’t buy at dealerships and I don’t like the games. Our salesman Craig, sales manager Dave, John and the office folks were great. Not the usual pressure and games. Obnoxious and rude!

Obnoxious and rude!! The sales person was incompetent and always had to get the last word.

Charged to much and still not running very good.

Charged to much and still not running very good. I was charged almost $900 dollars and car still under performing ! I should not have to finance through a bank to pay for a car repair

Trevor Taylor was my sales rep.. He was very professional and Knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make me feel that all transactions were done right and to my satisfaction. Top notch salesman.

Vehicle Maintenance

Standard maintenance service done. A picture was taken of the rim that was damaged last visit due to lug nuts not being tightened, and I have yet to receive feedback on this.

Review of car purchase

At the time I purchased car there only a limited number to chose from in 2021 because of supply shortage for cars. Very pleased with the vehicle I purchased.
