Finance Has No Brain
Son drove 3 hours for deal he had worked out with sales person over phone and online. The finance depart did a hard pull on his credit and then figured out they had somehow forgot to put negative equity on his car into deal. This is why car dealerships have reputation "if their mouth is open then they are lying".. Beware of crooks that work here.

Hello. My name is Charlie and I am the General Sales Manager here at Daytona Hyundai. First off I apologize that we are both in this situation! After speaking to everyone here from what I gathered is that everyone knew there was a trade but the manager did not find out that there was a 9000.00 payoff until your son was here. I assure you if you look at our Dealer Rater scores and customers comments that this is not a way in which we do business. I have not yet contacted your son but that's next. 9000.00 is a lot to overcome but I will see what I can do. Again I apologize for the first of our contact to be on these terms.
He was only 4 thousand upside down after trade in of car. I also am sorry that this is only contact with your Dealership but not a good way to treat veterans. I would be glad to delete review if he was treated fairly
Great experience
Regina was a pleasure to work with. Was not pushy and worked with want I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and showed me most everything I needed to know. There is still much more to learn but she gave me a good start. I am very happy with my new car and part of the reason is the great experience I had purchasing this vehicle.

Just purchased a 2020 Elantra limited. Love the car and the dealer experience was even better than when I purchased my 2017. There was a small kink in the sale but Charlie took care of it professionally and promptly. Great dealership. They are straight up with you and you feel good when you leave.

The dealership was very clean (including the bathrooms) and the staff was super helpful. Regina worked with me for a couple of days to get me a great deal on my car. She did amazing and I am very appreciative. I drove 1. 5 hours to get this car and I couldn't be happier. Great experience!!

On a pleasant sunny day, Shirley & I just arriving from the north. Decided to shop for a upgrade, having owned a Hyundai in the past we decided to stop and look. Regina was waiting at the front door with a smile. Within a hour we headed home with our beautiful Tuscan. The staff was all top shelf. We would recommend your establishment to everyone.
