Mike definitely put in foot work.He got me to the prices i WANTED in the car i WANTED he is amazing and GREAT customer service if you need a car go see them at Hyundai you will be walking out with a smile on your face i promise you that!!!!!

I had an amazing experience today at this dealer. My sales woman was amazing. I did not drive off the lot with anything but knowing they are still working to get me financed is so refreshing. I was able to complete alot of the application. Me and my 3 kids were at the lot for maybe 1.5 hours. I am hopeful my sales woman and her manager can secure me a great deal, but even if they aren't my experience was still amazing, I would recommend my sales woman Kimberly Dowdell and her sales manager Charlie McHale to anyone looking for a car.

Very pleasant and accommodating

Our intention was to test drive a Hyundai Palisade and then go to a Suburu dealership to compare SUVs. But we didn't leave Daytona Hyundai! Allen Oldfield was wonderful and we took our test drive with him - very informative. Next we sat down with Regina Nicotra who was impressive in her knowledge of the vehicle. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. We were very pleased with the manner in which we discussed pricing, and we were very satisfied with the deal that was presented. All in all a good experience with everyone we spoke with - knowledgeable and polite staff. Also the man in the finance dept. was excellent and our transaction was finished very quickly.

We had called Regina on Sunday 02-16-2020 and asked about...

We had called Regina on Sunday 02-16-2020 and asked about a used 2018 Hyundai Santa fe, with low milage, when we got there on Monday, the car was right outside the front door. She introduced us to Lou and Alex and all of the paper work was completed. She gave us some Hyundai tote bags and even helped to unload our older Hyundai Santa fe and put the bags into our 2018 Red Hyundai Santa fe, love the color. If and when we ever replace our vehicle you can be sure that we will return to DAYTONA HYUNDAI. Great service.

Charlie and Mike are awesome!!

Before i came to Hyundai I stopped at three car dealerships. I went to CarMax first which was a disaster. I spent four hours there only to be told I need a cosigner after I was promised by the internet manager I would be approved with my $500 dollars down. The next day I went to the Honda dealership right next to Carmax and needless to say I had the same outcome. Next I went to Daytona Mittsubishi because I heard their commercial on the radio "bad credit no problem" SCAM!!! I started to give up but I seen a facebook article about Daytona Hyundai.I had my speculations but as a single mom and needing a car to support my family i decided to stop in. I waited a week to work up the courage to go to another dealership. Boy was I glad I seen that facebook post. As soon as I got there I met a young man named Chris. I explained to him my situation as i didn't want to spend half the day there to get no results. He then said "you came to the right place we have the best finance guy in the state of Florida and if he cant get you a car nobody can... Immediately i felt like an elephant was dropped from my shoulders. He introduced me to the General Manager Charlie. He told Chris to show me a new Elantra. I was scared to show my excitement after hearing Charlie say that. Long Story short only about one hour later i was greeted by Mike the finance Director. I was expecting him to tell me i needed a co-signer. Instead he asked if i needed a new plate or if I had one to transfer. I asked him why and he told me "I got you approved" again i hid my excitement from him and i gave him my old registration. Today I made my first payment and I want to thank Charlie and Mike. After all I went through I cant believe im in a brand new car from Daytona Hyundai. I want to pubilcaly Thank Charlie and Mike for doing what no other dealership would do for me. If anyone is reading this and you have bad credit please go see these guys, you will not be disappointed..Thanks again!!!

I have purchased a car from Regina a coupleOf years ago....

I have purchased a car from Regina a couple Of years ago. I was in a horrific accident 3 weeks ago and I had decided to purchase another car, so I decided to see what she could do for me. Regina was very attentive to my needs in purchasing another car. I will never purchase from any one or any where else. She made the purchase of my new car very relaxing and enjoyable. Regina is an asset to your company. Thank you Regina, I will always be great full. The person who helped me with the finance side of purchasing a car made the process fun and relaxing.
