their employees are rude and lie about how they're not

their employees are rude and lie about how they're not available when they are. I took my transmission there for repair and they put used one in that was broken. I had requested a new one but the used one was cheaper so the warranty company wanted to use one. I told them to inspect it and made sure it worked before they gave it back to me and they said they test drove it. Clearly not because the new transmission is even more broken than the old one. It goes 8,000 RPMs at 20 mph and doesn't even shift. I've had this multiple times after picking the car back up. They were paid for a new transmission and labor but I don't think they did anything at all other than sit on my car for a month and a half at the shop and do nothing. The transmission that they put in my car that was new does not work. I had instructed them to request a new one with the warranty company or to make sure that they used one worked before they put it in. They just put a broken transmission in and charge me thousands of dollars. They put me out of work for a month and a half just to laugh at me and not fix my car and put a broken part in when I explicitly instructed them not to and to check it to make sure that it worked. They don't fix cars they just charge you thousands of dollars and don't even put a new part in they probably stole my new transmission. why does my car not shift if they just put a new transmission in? Everybody there has a nasty attitude and they don't even fix your transmission after they charge you thousands of dollars. They Ara ripoff do not go there and spend 5 or 10,000 for a new transmission because they won't fix it.

Have always enjoyed dealing with Williams Buick GMC and recently got my 6th straight car with them. Meredith Terrell and the Finance Mgr (sorry don'trecall his name), my new car consultant, was a delight and she was extremely knowledgeable of procedures and the bells and whistles on the Acadia I was interested in. Had 30,000 service performed on my Yukon.

Had 30,000 service performed on my Yukon. Will was a pleasure to deal with. Clearly explained everything being done and vehicle was ready when promised. Very professionally run operation.

Oil fill cap left off after oil change.

Oil fill cap left off after oil change. Luckily I found it in the hood to windshield vent while washing the truck the next day.

I was at the dealership for four hours.

I was at the dealership for four hours. This was to get tires and rotated and an oil change. I did mention that my battery had gone dead quite a few times. They mentioned that the wait was a long time because three people were out that day. I?ve been having my car serviced by Williams Buick for 35 years now. I have never waited that long for this type of service before. I was very disappointed.
