Gene Simmons was a consummate professional. He was canderous and forthright throughout the entire process. He was exceptionally easy to work with and made the car buying experience transparent and painless. I would strongly recommend Gene to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Salesperson Mac was friendly and helpful, and helped us decide on a new Acadia Limited. The sales negotiations were typical. The dealership "tacked on" a $2000 extended powertrain warranty without disclosing it (they just added it to the MSRP price - I had to check on this and have it removed). They also tried to sell us a $600 "Datadot" warranty, that pays you $2500 if you car is stolen and not recovered (why would anyone want this)? Then there was a back and forth about final price, but the General Manager ended up agreeing to our terms (they were reasonable) and the sale was made. There was water in the right rear taillight, but after discussion, the service manager agreed to replace it (car is new) - the repair took 1/2 hour...excellent service. Overall the experience was as good as any dealership - just be careful what they are putting on the sales agreement to make sure you want what they want you to want!

I'm always treated with kindness, and very professional. I had a problem with the battery and it was fixed and I was on my way again, even without an appointment. Ronnie always listens to what I try to say about what has happened to the car. Thank You.

All visits to Williams Buick are pleasant experiences. The facility is well kept and always clean. The personnel are always respectful and courteous. I have been a patriot of this business for several years. They have earned my respect and trust.

It is a rare occasion to find such a strong combination of professionalism and positive concern for the customer. Gene Simmons is such a person. He truly cares about what he does and how he treats people and it shows. Gene easily exceeded all my expectations. He quickly understood what I wanted in a vehicle and the price point and worked diligently with me to meet that. He is a real tribute to the standards of excellence I am sure his management expects of everyone at Williams Buick. And with Gene, it comes from within him. Lori Turner ... what can I say!?! In the service department, there are the good, the best and "then-some!" Lori is clearly in the category of "the best and then some". She's no muss, no fuss, just a straight up, clear-eyed concern for meeting your needs and doing it a way that minimizes the financial. I have so much respect for this lady. Williams offered us outstanding service while traveling from Virginia to Florida on December 7. Your service manager, Lori couldn't have been more accommodating. Our bad wheel bearing was replaced expeditiously. Our wait time for repair service was minimal at most. My own dealer should take lessons from williams and staff.
