Best car buying experience ever.

Above says it all. Owner, Mac in sales, Ron in finance were all terrific. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. We love the car!

Third brake light

The only issue I had was the cost. $300.00 to replace the third brake light was a bit much, glad it wasn't a major repair.

Great Service and Sales

Service is great! I really like the loaner car program as well, when available. What can be more professional is the timeliness the sales management responds to queries. I had to call and remind several times and continue to escalate just to get an answer for a promised fix on the certified vehicle I purchased.

Canyon's second maintenance visit

I was greeted promptly and courteously when I arrived which was earlier than the service area opens. Also a driver was available to take me to the train station. All regularly scheduled maintenance was performed along with one recall item in a timely fashion and I was able to pick up my vehicle with a quick check out process so that I could be on my way. I love the convenience of the shop and the friendly staff.

Williams Buick GMC

Customer service was excellent as we needed a "loaner" while the car was being serviced. It was ready when we arrived and were able to go to an appointment while the car was being service, the "loaner" was a new car with less than 200 miles on it. The service was both regular checks and an oil change/ lubrication plus a leak problem that had just popped up. All were completed well, the leak was found and corrected.

I really do not understand what should be this.

Outstanding!!!

I worked with Kirbee Fields on the purchase of a new GMC Acadia. Kirbee is very knowledgeable, professional, and gracious. He took the time to show me several vehicles and answered all of my questions. Great customer service!
