Williams Buick GMC

On a Thursday afternoon I put the driver-side window down in our 2002 Buick and heard a crash and broken glass. The window would not go up and rain clouds were overhead. I rushed to Williams Buick and got there just before a heavy rainstorm. The problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered that afternoon. We expected that we would need to leave the car there over the weekend, especially since the car is 12 years old, but it was ready by noon on Friday. We appreciated the fast service.

I have purchased to vehicles from Willaims Buick GMC - two Enclaves. My sales guy, Bob Matzke, treats me right and take super car of me. I always bring my car in for service. They get me my vehicle back from service in the time frame promised. If it is going to take longer, they let me know up front and get me set up with a courtesy car. Their service and service people are terrific. The dealership is clean, inviting and even has a work area for business people like me, who choose to wait while service is being done.

I have been coming to Williams, formerly Folgers, for 10 years. I like dealing with the same knowledgeable service and sales people. I can ask them anything auto related, can take them any problem and worry and have them explain it and/or make a correction. They explain and get my approval on any needed service. I am glad Williams continues to keep the same employees. We have a relationship. They, obviously, are well treated since they stay in the service of William employment. Certainly is a relief to me. Says much for the Management, in my opinion.

The Salesperson at Williams Buick GMC, Charlotte, NC was great to me in selection my new vehicle. After talking to him about the model and type I wanted. He called me and said he had a couple of vehicles that I would like. The first one we looked at was perfect. I told him I didn't need to look at the other one. The services I had conducted were done in a timely manner. The service manager was very courteous and knowlegeable.
