EM is the brightest star at Calstar and MB. For context, I have done at least 100 vehicle purchases both private, big dealerships and virtual (like Caravana etc). I was looking for a VERY SPECIFIC Tesla with specific options, colors, year, and ownership pedigree with no accidents. One call to EM and within 3 hours, I was Driving out with a spectacular vehicle. All paperwork, All questions, All accounting; All financing and All Detailing were completed beyond anything EVER experienced previously. As her client, she listened, responded and Delivered. She is polished, professional and highly effective. Her dedication to details and perfection, reflect a high level of attention to all details and requests. She is the TOP of her profession and easily the most talented salesperson that I have worked with. Her communication and packaging was superb. She had the vehicle prepared and ready.
