They often recommend maintenance procedures which are not recommended/ required by Toyota. Make sure that you have your maintenance guide with you when you go, so you can make sure that you only go for the services that are appropriate for the mileage interval your car is at. They do offer a number of convenient pick up and drop off services, and the location is good for me, which is why I continue to use them.

I worked with Paloma Jones on the purchase of a new Tundra. She was extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. She even sent me videos of the vehicle to answer some questions I had before going to the dealership for test drives. Her enthusiasm and delightful personality made the whole experience very pleasant and relaxing. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Good Experience
I researched Toyota Siennas for quite a bit and looked at both Certified pre-owned and new. Koons Tysons had both that I was interested in. It was obvious from my research that they had the best selection around and the lowest prices. I was contacted pretty quickly through email by Michael Beloff. He was very professional and informative without being pushy. He took the time to answer each of my questions without pressuring me to come look in order to get answers (as some other toyota dealerships had). We did end up setting a time to look at vehicles and Michael was very kind and patient as I went back and forth between to vehicles. He worked with us on cost and didn't try to push the more expensive vehicle. The whole process took a long time (as it always does) but everyone we worked with was very kind and even acknowledged and played with our 2 year old daughter. As with any and every car dealer, they do go for a higher finance rate. We were told it was their best but I had done my research and knew better. Eventually they came back at half the rate. I don't judge too harshly on that though because thats the business. You need to go in educated and informed on the best rates around and what you should be willing to accept based on your credit score. There was one floor mat missing and one that was the wrong size but the dealership quickly ordered a brand new set for us and shipped it to us. I think the only disappointing thing was being told the van had a kick sensor for hands free door operation when it actually doesn't. It was an honest mistake but disappointing none the less. In the end we had a good experience, got a great car and feel like we got a fair price for trade-in.

Koons Tysons Toyota did 30k service and new front brakes...
Koons Tysons Toyota did 30k service and new front brakes and pads also flushed and replaced brake fluid, the rav4 is 4years old this took about 2 hours.

Paloma Jones was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at the second time. The first time, any kind of negotiation on the car and the high price of their processing fees (they were highest by far that we encountered) with the second rep.

10k service and bed cover
Took my tundra in for 10k service and asked for the hard bed cover to be installed. I did not call the parts dept ahead of time. The service manager was able to order and install the cover as requested
