Service Appointment

Although I am very pleased with the quality of service I received. However, I am a bit put off by the fact I cannot talk to anybody to make and appointment. It would be nice to be able to speak with someone to set up an appointment then find the anticipated cost of the service. Because the dealership is close to my house, I drive by, schedule the appointment, and find out what the projected cost may be.

GMC Acadia

We liked Scott our salesman, he wasnt pushy and was a very friendly person. The buying process just took so long. I was a little upset when I got halfway home and noticed that they didnt even fill up the gas tank, when I test drove the car it was almost empty so I just figured they would fill the tank up.

Could use better communication

I tried to buy a 2021 Corvette and 2021 Tahoe Z71 from this dealership. At first they didnt have the specific ones with what type of accessories I wanted. Which I was ok with wasnt in a huge hurry to buy. I dont think they annotate on which customers they contact and or which sales representative contacts a customer. I was called almost daily by a different sales representative asking the same questions over and over. They didnt sound like they wanted to go out their way to help me get the cars I wanted. I told the dealership I built the ones I wanted online and wanted the ones I built and were willing to pay for the ones I built online. I thought that was the whole reason for the online build feature. Instead I had sales representatives trying to sale me models on their floor lower then the ones I wanted. I was even willing to buy one in cash and pay half for another. Overall terrible communication at this dealership, terrible follow up, I wanted my first Corvette and Tahoe to be at this dealership. But I think I lost interest in owning another Chevrolet vehicle. Why have a online build feature if your representatives are going to tell me its gonna take a while and buying one already at the dealership would be easier?

Service extraordinaire

We were greeted by Barnabe Lerma at the door of the dealership and he immediately went to work to find the vehicle we were looking for. We purchased a truck - sight unseen - because we felt confident he would not steer us wrong. He constantly kept us up-to-date on the status and once the truck arrived at the dealership, he had it detailed, we test drove it and we were driving it off the lot. Afterward he helped us arrange to have some retractable steps installed which we appreciated very much. We would return to Moss Brothers Moreno Valley just so Barnabe could assist us. He has so much integrity, care and concern that we felt such trust in him and his low-pressure, helpful attitude that we felt confident he would not take advantage of us. We are very satisfied with our purchase!

Buyer

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked very hard to make us happy with our purchase. We got way more truck than we had expected, but they worked with us made the numbers work for us. Our experience overall was outstanding!! We would definitely refer this dealership to our family and friends.
