I took my car in to get my tires rotated and an oil

I took my car in to get my tires rotated and an oil change picked up my car got home and the light on my dash is still on called back to the service center and course everything always goes to voicemail. Very disappointing so my light still on so I need to know if you’re coming to pick up my car to take it and have it fixed and bringing it back to my house

Moss bros singlehandedly destroyed my engine by breaking

Moss bros singlehandedly destroyed my engine by breaking a spark plug with an impact gun into my engines cylinder. Now they refuse to take accountability. So now I'm filling complaints with every state and federal agency. Moss bros hides behind their customer is boss propaganda stealing as much of the customers money as possible. Truly a deplorable operation that I intend to focus my time towards to let as many unsuspecting people know their tactics. I'm a retired fed gov employee with 39 yrs of service to this country, and will use this platform to share the absolute terrible service and dishonest business plan moss bros employs.

They didn’t reset my oil indicator.

They didn’t reset my oil indicator. I figured it out a week later so now it isn’t accurate. They also must have been looking for something in my glove box and left my charger cables hanging from my glove box. I have never had a problem before.

I’m not happy with it because they left oil all over the

I’m not happy with it because they left oil all over the motor they not clean it , until I saw it and told them and this is the second time 😞
