I dont appreciate my credit being run 50 times without
I dont appreciate my credit being run 50 times without being told. I had a pre-approval from my credit card company. Instead of just going with it immediately at least 7 different rejections letter came to my house. No one even disclosed the fact that multiple creditors would be contacted. I had been working on my credit really hard for it to drop ONE HUNDRED points from all the hard pulls!!!!

Waiting over 2 hours for my oil change, I decided to take advantage of the snacks. Much to my dismay with my food allergies/sensitivities there was barely anything for me to snack on. When I finally got my vehicle back it had been nicely washed and the oil change performed.

There were a lot of problems with our transaction.
There were a lot of problems with our transaction. Everything with the vehicle was fine and Angelo did a great job. However, we had massive problems with the finance department. We were promised and overpromised so many things that they weren't able to deliver on. We paid cash for the car as well, but it took us an entire seven days to get the paperwork signed. In the end we were refunded $1000 and everyone called it a day but I feel like if we had been given accurate information from the beginning and then if the ball hadn't been dropped so many different times then it would've been a completely different experience.
