I sales person was Friday the Clearwater location. She was courteous, conscientious to details, answered all. Mine and my friends.questions So because of her professionalism and courtesy I went ahead and bought my rogue that day. I went in with a mindset just to look. thank you Friday.

The service was fine.

The service was fine. Only downside was it seemed like a very long wait for an oil change. Turns out there was miscommunication or no communication about our car being ready. He said he texted me but I did not receive a text. Too bad he didn't walk into the waiting area and announce our name! 3 hours was a long wait!

We felt that our trade in which KBB at 3-5k should have

We felt that our trade in which KBB at 3-5k should have traded in for more than the $500.00 and when we voiced our concern we were blown off with, "it's just going to auction". Really don't care if you sent it to Iowa, we should have received more in trade in. Our training on the options of the car was limited as David had another sell sitting at his desk. We feel we should have had more review of the various options of all of the features. we obviously didn't now what we didn't know. Reading manuals is not proffered. Nice car though.

We love the free lifetime oil changes with our purchase.

We love the free lifetime oil changes with our purchase. Service was prompt and on time. Recommended new air filter which I approved. To my surprise, at check out, the air filter was free based on my previous comments of rating their service center as excellence. I really appreciate the complementary car wash as well.
