Jorge Silva was beyond helpful. Car was clean and as beautiful as advertised. Was a quick and pleasant experience. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Jorge Silva was the gentlemen who assisted me with the purchase of my vehicle for my son! He didn't try to up sale me at all! He told me over the phone exactly what the price would be and with a very detailed explanation on why. I found that to be refreshing to know what I was getting into before I even stepped on to the dealership. Everything Jorge Silva stated he would accomplish he did. Jorge was so very detailed on each step of the purchase that I never felt like I was in the dark or left wondering if I was getting the well known dealership scam! They are really busy all the time and Jorge remember me calling him about the vehicle I wanted purchase and actually juggled several Customers and myself during my first initial visit! I never felt like I was not a priority! This establishment will treat you fairly and will not try to up sale you! You will get a fair price and definitely a vehicle you will not have to worry about what is wrong or will I have major issues down the road! Kudos to Jorge Silva and the whole establishment! I look forward to buying from United Motors again! I also wanted to state that Jorge and another Salesman got me in an out close to closing time! They both stayed as long as it took since I work during the day and could not get there until way after 5pm. To me that shows that Customer Service means so much to this Dealership as well!

Jorge was wonderful and worked with us to coordinate our trade-in and get us the car we needed. He was efficient and responsive in all communications. He even had the car washed and detailed on the day we picked it up.

Talked to TJ several times on the telephone today in regard to 2018 Chevy pu. He said to come in to look at it and I told him I'd be in tonight. Called TJ before leaving home to make sure the truck was LT model. Left home immediately and drove to dealership, upon arriving heard truck had been sold earlier today. WON'T RETURN--POOR COMMUNICATIONS! I'm giving my poor rating for this reasoning.

Great experience, no pressure! Jorge was great on the phone from the ad. He had the car out front and ready to test drive when we came in. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Several stayed late to fill out the paperwork.

I worked with Jorge first by email about a 2015 Lexus. He responded quickly with answers to my questions. We drove from Cincinnati to see the car and it was exactly how the ad and Jorge described. He greeted us with a smile and had the car ready for us to drive. It was a pleasant experience because Jorge worked with us, he didn’t try to pressure us to but.
