Had a fantastic buying experience with Ryan at Unlimited Motors! We've been looking for months for just the right Volvo for our daughter. Drove in from out of state, test drove the car (they gave us all the time we needed and didn't ride with us, which was nice), and then got the paperwork done - fast and easy. We got an outstanding deal on a super clean car. Great communication the whole way through.

Beware: The price advertised on this website does not include an additional charge of nearly $2,000 for so-called “pre-installed extras.” These add-ons are non-negotiable and difficult to justify. When I visited the dealership and asked for their best cash price on a 2018 Audi, I was quoted the advertised price plus almost $2,000 in extra fees. This clearly inflates their profit margin—and wasted my time.

I was in search of a specific gmc canyon at4 that unlimited motors in Indianapolis had in stock. The sales guy Ryan lux was great to deal with! He sent me videos of the truck and got me a better financial deal with another bank over the one I was pre-approved of! I live 15 hours away so I had to have it shipped which he helped arrange. My truck arrived safely with no issues and with two sets of key fobs. I highly recommend that you check out unlimited motors for your next vehicle. Ask for Ryan lux!

Not a bad dealer, but not great. Bought a 2017 Acura RDX that had 121k and very good service records. Claimed that the tires had 50% life, which was a joke! Tires were 6 years old with maybe 3-5k left on them. Would not replace or reduce price. Their claim that the tires were within allowable safety standards was false. Naturally the as-is warranty covered their xxx. Also, remote start was inoperative. The buying process was efficient, but the xx was evident. Typical used car people i have had to deal with in my 78 years on this earth. Rate them at 50% at best.
