The dealership in Westfield has a good reputation,

The dealership in Westfield has a good reputation, Fishers not so much. Bought a car from Kay and within the first 24hrs received a suspension failure notification. The car was delivered clean, but only with 1/8 tank of gas. They install a lo-jack system pre-sales then pass it off to you as a 'benefit'...even though that feature is installed by the manufacturer. Buyer beware!

Reached out to make a cash offer online. When I got no response, so I called multiple times. The first person I spoke with said "oh, I thought Gary was helping you. (This was my first phone call) He said he would call me back. I had to call back myself, I was connected with Gary. I was told there was a blizzard and couldn't get any more info on the car or purchase until it stopped. I was buying myself a car for on my birthday. I had to reach back out the next day. I was told the dealership was "busy". I got a 30 second call with an apology and promise to call when the client was done. Never received anything. Its sketchy. I would look twice and dig deeper before you drive off.

This dealership is SKETCHY!

This dealership is SKETCHY! First off you cant even drive the car before you show up with check in hand, wrong, I have owned two hellcats and I am 62 years old, do you really think I am going to go out and burn the rubber off the tires and spin in around ? Come on! Secondly, there was a price online and when they sent me the purchase agreement it was $1325 higher! I confronted Gary and of course he had to ask the GM and said it was some undisclosed fees, I said if I dont get internet price I am walking away! So they decided they could give me the 'advertised internet price' SKETCHY, then I decided to have the hellcat inspected due to them being so sketchy and they asked if my inspector was from 'out of the country' ... WTH! After inspection the inspector was offered a giftcard to make me buy this Hellcat ? Tell me they arent SKETCHY! DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP THE OPPORTUNITY TO SCREW YOU LIKE THEY TRIED TO ME !!!
