Great experience!
My previous car unexpectedly died, and I was in need of a replacement. I was also out of town for a week, so that was another challenge. My first call was to Koons Sterling Ford, and Steve Arnold answered. He was great right from the beginning. He was attentive to what I was looking for in a new vehicle, and he was respectful of my time-frame. I had a week to find the best deal, so I shopped around. I spoke with Steve at least once per day, and he went above and beyond to secure my business. I got exactly what I wanted and what was promised to me, and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured - something that is very important in these types of life experiences. Furthermore, he has followed up with me several times even after the sale to make sure I was happy and everything was going well. This was such a great experience, and I highly recommend Koons Sterling Ford and especially their Sales Rep., Steve Arnold. Sincerely, Erik Perini

Top notch experience from start to finish
From the moment I walked into the dealership and was greeted with a friendly smile from John Bolling, the sales and customer service from the staff at Koons Ford was exceptional. John ensured I was taken care of by the sales staff and checked on our progress to help me select the right car for the right price. Both Bob Shehata and Danny Islam took great care and showed genuine concern to find a car to fit my needs at the best price. After selecting a 2014 Ford Fusion, Bob and Danny both showed great patience as I made the right choice. I am thankful and extremely happy in the customer service afforded to me at Koons Ford Sterling. I highly recommend shopping for your next car purchase at Koons Ford Sterling.

Jason was GREAT... service was quick and clean
It was a cold and rainy day, and I needed a state inspection for my vehicle. Jason Gage (Assistant Service Manager) made the process quick, easy and painless. He even came looking for me, as I decided to peruse the new car lot while my car was being inspected (I was not in the customer waiting lounge where I told him I would be). After I answered a question about my car, he promptly took it back for inspection and let me know that service was recommended (brakes -- but I already knew that before going in). Very nice and polite fellow. This is what a service department should be!

Awesome Car, Awesome Buying Experience
My wife and I recently purchased a special edition 2014 Mustang GT. Steve Arnold was the salesperson we worked with in selecting and purchasing our new car. His friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. We were up front about what we could afford to spend on our new car and Steve worked hard to get us the best deal possible on our purchase and for our trade-in. Steve and the staff at Koons Sterling Ford were friendly, polite, and always respectful of our time. They simplified the purchasing and financing process making this car purchase the best ever! If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend you visit Koons Sterling Ford and talk to Steve Arnold.

Steve the man
Steve was a great salesman to work with at Koons Sterling Ford. He was very knowledgeable about the sales and took the time to learn what I was looking for in a car. If you are looking for a new or used car and looking for a pleasant salesman ask for Steve Arnold.

Best customer service, ever
What can I tell and where can I start? This is going to be more a review of the person than review of the dealership. It can be funny or it can be serious depending on how you want to look at it. But at this point if I’ll ever get rich enough or will have my car totaled, I know that I am going to Philip Kohrs for the next car, wherever he is going to be working; unless he’ll become a scuba diving instructor. If I could give him a medal for being the best salesman of the year, I would. I can’t even name him a salesman for that matter. On the serious note, I was not a piece of cake as a customer and I know it. I am an ingrown lover of the Volvos and addict of my ex Ford Excursion; and the mighty Excursion was a vehicle I had to downsize from. Name it a dilemma. I loved my truck, I’ve spent 4 years driving men nuts in it. Imagine a woman dressed professionally and wearing high heels coming out of one… I’ve driven 3000 miles across the country in my Old Faithful in 3.5 days and it never complained. Did I want to give up on it? Oh no… When I stopped at the dealership, 3 men eyed me with a respect and said something like: “Wow, it’s so cool”. Maybe it was addressed to my legs… And here I am getting desperate, going from dealer to dealer and not wanting to give up on my Monstrosity (it was a loving name for the truck in my family). I've seen obnoxiousness, rolled eyes, sales people trying to make on me more money than their vehicles were worth. Nobody did it better and smoother than Philip have done, - he transitioned me over with no pains. I practically bought Ford Focus from Koontz and since they had their finance department busy that day, they let me drive it next day to my work. I practically cried because it did not suit my needs and it was too small for a long legged girl… I came out of it with my back soaring and my legs cramping. Philip said: “It’s okay. I want you to be happy and get a vehicle you’ll love”, and I admired him for that. He was a sales person out of the box, new generation, one who gets business, but doesn’t press you into anything… 2 Corollas and a week later and bunch of different printouts in my hands, I still was lost, but I wanted to give him my business for being so patient with me. I knew that I was a pain of the butt customer, who doesn’t want that or doesn’t like this. I wanted 4 wheel drive, no black, I wanted leather, and I wanted it to be small enough and not overly big, budget friendly, etc. At the same time I wanted it to be roomy enough to accommodate 2 kids, me and my mother and don’t kill me with a cost of fuel during commute. Ok, I was married for 9 years to a guy who worked in car dealership, so I always had a bargain. Thanks to Philip I own now a sleek Hyundai Sonata GLS. Do laugh please, because it has nothing to do with my requirements other than fuel consumption. It is even dark blue, close to a black color. I would send all my business to Philip at any given time without even thinking twice, because he was knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, polite, tolerable (I have 2 kids 3.5 and 6 years old), and he did not try to sell me anything on the top. He just was telling about benefits of this and of that, and it never was pressing, but it always was about me, his customer. He looks into your eyes when you talk to him, which acknowledges that he is listening and paying attention. To every apology of mine of being pest of the customer, he said that he cared about me being happy and finding the best car to suit my needs. Even when I was rear ended in my new Hyundai less than 20 days after owning it, he provided me advice, help and reassurance. The Koontz Sterling dealership has only one downside. It has a limited inventory when it comes to the used car choices, but it is only due to their location and size, and has nothing to do with Philip. By the way, every time I pulled into their parking lot or walked in the dealership (and it was about 6 times), everybody would try to attend my needs and try to find Philip for me. They are always smiling and always ready to assist you, even in the cold days they are outside or coming to you as soon as they see you. I’ve spent about 25 min in the cold at one dealership at Tyson’s Corner before somebody showed up. They looked at the windows at me, but stood inside. Way to go Philip, thank you for the outstanding customer service and being extremely personable!

Wonderful Car Buying Experience!
Sent a text to see if the Edge I had been looking at for weeks was still available and got a response back in a couple hours that yes it was. Thomas Kody asked if I was interested in a test drive and I set one up for my husband and me the very next day. Kept him posted on our arrival since we live over an hour away from the dealership. When we got there and were directed to Tom he had the car ready for our test drive. We loved the Edge. Made our deal and there was no high pressure negotiating. The finance department was great to deal with and we left with our new Edge. This took place on a sunny Saturday and took a total of about 4 hours. They were busy, they had bad weather the two previous weekends. This is a busy dealership and this is why they can have the great prices they have. Tom was wonderful! I have already recommended this dealership to several coworkers. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here!

Fantastic Service
As soon as I walked up to the entrance I was greeted by warm and friendly employees. No quick sales pitches, no lines, just a "hello" and "how may I help you?". I told them I had an appointment with Shane Sonner and they took me to his desk where I waited only a few minutes before he came right over. He greeted my friend and I warmly and prepared for action. Going off of my very limited description of the Ford Fusion Hybrid I was looking for, he had a lineup of a couple of cars however he had one that he was particularly excited to show. At first I was unsure. The color wasn't exactly what I really go for but I was open and to be honest, the color in the sun is one of a kind. Within ten minutes we were out on the road, just me and the person I took with me while my trade was being assessed. Drove back and I knew that the car was right for me. After asking him an array of questions we were set to start talking about pricing. I was set on not walking out with a car. However, the customer service we were given by Shane, Jon, and Earl was beyond anything I was expecting. They met my price; a price I set for myself to act on it now. They met every request I made of them and in the end they earned my business. Its not often you can honestly say you were wowed but I was. I didn't feel like I was part of a sales pitch or hustled into buying a car. I made a demand for them to meet and they met it. What else could I do but buy the car. I will be going back in the future and I will praise their service for years to come.

Buying a car through the internet
I was looking to purchase a new 2014 ford mustang gt/cs. I live in south jersey and was working with a couple of local dealers. I got a couple of decent prices online from them and was about to purchase the car. Before I did I did an internet search and up popped Koon's Sterling. Looking at there website and seeing their prices were over 1000.00 less then my local dealer I was intrigued. A chat window popped up and Mike Palmer was the salesman. He was very staight forward with me about price and any fees. He gave me an out the door price immediately. This is something most other dealers won't do online. I told him it sounds good and I will let him know what i decide. I gave my local dealer a chance to match or come close to his price so I didn't need to make a 3 hour drive to virginia. I never heard back from my local dealers, so I knew right there I got a great deal. I emailed Mike and told him which car I wanted. Turns out the car had not arrived yet. He mailed me all the paperwork. I signed them and mailed them back. He called when the car came in. I thought about just having the car shipped to me but I didnt want to wait an extra couple of days. My daughter drove me down I handed over the check and got the keys. Mike went over all the features on the car and synced my phone to the car. The drive was well worth it and Mike Palmer was great. Mike Palmer and Koon's Sterling will be first on my list when I am in the market for another car. One Satisfied Customer, Gary S. Cinnaminson, NJ
