Purchased two new Fords from this dealership. I bought both vehicles from Philip Cohrs. Philip provided excellent service, support, and knowleable information to me and my family. I will return to this dealership for my next new vehicle and I will ask for Philip. An additional comment for Philip is that this dedicated Ford emplyee (Philip that is) came in on his day off to finish some paperwork that I need to finalize my sale and loan. Great experience.

I recently worked with Steve Arnold to purchase my new Ford Fusion Titanium and couldn't have been happier with the service he provided. He's patient and not at all pushy (unlike other dealerships we visited), knowledgeable and a genuine and thoroughly nice guy. He worked hard to find us the exact car (color/features) we wanted (even after my incredible levels of indecision!) and offered us a very competitive price to match. If you want an enjoyable buying experience (which buying a car should be) then Steve's your guy.

A Great Experience

I traveled from MD to VA to purchase my Subaru Legacy; and I had submitted an application to purchase the vehicle prior to arriving. Once I arrived, I took the car for a test drive. I loved the vehicle just like I knew I would. I had asked the Lord for direction and wisdom & He gave me this vehicle. I have had the vehicle for only 2 weeks and I made changes on whether I wanted to purchase a warranty or not. The folks in the accounting dept did not hound me about sending & receiving paperwork; but they allowed me to take my time to feel comfortable with my final decisions. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Oh yeah, I found this vehicle on cars.com where my nephew often dreams.

for the second time we have business with( koons ford...

for the second time we have business with( koons ford dealer ) and every time it's different in good way ,Steve was especial sales person out standing friendly he helped our visit to the dealer was for oil changed but it ended buying a new car because he convinced us so we bought a new car it's nice car (He is great sales person and great job thanks to Koons especial thanks to Steve.

i called sterling ford about a mustang. i got steve arnold on the phone. so glad i dealt with him.very friendly,patient and helpful through the whole process.it could not have went any smoother and easier.i am from out of state. whole transaction went great. i recommend this dealership and dealing with steve arnold. love my new mustang. thanks again steve.

Add me to the list of satified customers!! I purchased a new ford mustang from Mike Palmer and the experience could not have been better. Shopping from my home town of Long Island, New York, I was at first sceptical of purchasing a vehicle over the phone, but Mike Palmer politely, honestly and informatively, navigated me through the process. I got a much better price from Mike than from my local dealerships, and that included heavy duty floor mats, delivery to N.Y., and a full tank of gas!! Koons Sterling Ford made a price for me to trade in my existing car and buy a new Focus, when other Koons Ford locations ckouldn't. My sales rep, Anthony Southern, was a complete professional both as to the car inself and financially. My experience in buying and financing the new car with Anthony Southern and Eman Keshani was without pain and the deal was the best. Deal with this dealership first and last; and with Anthony Southern in particular.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a practically new 2013...

We had the pleasure of purchasing a practically new 2013 Ford Edge. The pricing was great. We didn't even have to haggle! Our Sales Rep, Philip was great to work with. He even drove us to Chick-fil-a so that we can get dinner. I highly recommend this deal but more specifically, Philip.

Pleasant Experience

I went to Koons to look at a used Mazda 3. When I arrived, a sales person greeted me and brought me to the desk of the person I came to see. Sayed is a very nice person, has been in the business for a long time and doesn't believe in high pressure sales talk. I really appreciated that!!! The test drive revealed a very firm ride and uncomfortable drivers seat, so I did not end up purchasing this car. Nevertheless Sayed even offered me to drive the car home and bring it back the next day. I have never heard that before. Talking about pleasing your costumers!

Koon's Sterling Ford had the exact car I was interested in, an all-wheel-drive Fusion in the color I wanted. My salesman, Steve Arnold, couldn't have been better—relaxed, friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. I'd done some online research, had shopped around, and knew what the car should cost. i got a very fair deal. I'm delighted to recommend Mr. Arnold.
