Love my new Genesis!

Fitz Mall worked with me to find the car I wanted. I was very happy and love my new car. Everyone was great and I will return there when I need another car.

Courteous and Knowledgeable

I came to the dealership prepared, having done some homework and test-driven other makes of cars. I was impressed with the trim level of the SE plus; the leather seating was so comfortable, almost like a cocoon (in a good way). Even though I was familiar with the Tucson, Jon kept pointing out features that made me say "wow" again and again. I felt comfortable making this big decision partly due to Jon's earnest demeanor. His integrity was obvious and his manner was professional.

Snarky/non-responsive salesman. Abysmal experience

I went into Fitzgerald on August 27th. The in-store experience was pleasant enough. I was given a price on my trade-in as well as a price on the 2017 Elantra I had come in to see. Upon returning home from the dealership, I did further research and felt I could work a better deal. I called my sales person. He picked up the call, but said he was with a customer and would call me back. Twenty six hours later he had not done so. In the interim I had called another Hyundai dealership and had received a lower price not only on a comparable 2017, but also a 2018 as well. I should point out that the 2017 at Fitzgerald was advertised as "new" and "0" mileage. In truth it had over 5500 miles on it. After this 26 hour gap I texted the salesman and said I had received a better offer. He sent me two texts. The first simply said "good luck". The second stated that whe I went to the second dealership I would receive neither the car nor price that they had offered. Today I bought that car at that dealership. A brand new 2018 Elantra at a cheaper price than Fitzgerald offered on its used 2017 model. I got my price and the exact car I wanted. I also didn't have to finance the car through HYundai which Fitzgerald indicated I needed to do or to add $750 to the price.

Best car buying experience!

We worked with Chris Collins. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He never tried to push a sale on us and answered all questions we had. If he wasn't sure of something he asked. The whole experience was fast, friendly, and hassle-free. I got the car I wanted, at a price that was right for me! I highly recommend this dealership and Chris Collins!

Great experience

From the moment we walked in there, they took great care of us. They were attentive, but not high pressure. Extremely happy with the car, the service and the deal. Would go there again.

New Car Delivery

Andrew went ou of his way even on a Sunday to deliver the Sonata to us. He gave us a complete tour of the car including the new fetures and improvments.

Great Service!

Doing Business with Bo at Hyundai

We had a great experience leasing a Sonata from Bo Cox at Hyundai. Both he and the dealership were friendly and very accommodating. It was a positive experience, and we are hoping that all service interactions will be as positive and helpful. From what we were told about the service department, that seems to be a priority for the dealership. I'm so glad we found Bo that night, and I'd highly recommend him and the dealership to any of our friends or family.
