Triple rip off repair.

They want $1650 to replace a steering hose. Then they won’t let me cancel the job by dodging my calls. I have to go down there and get my car. It is very scary. Please help.

Great Service

The experience was very pleasant and hassle-free! Duane Dade was patient and responsive to my questions- great test drive! Dustin Hawkins accommodated my questions regarding financing, and worked with my credit union to facilitate the transaction with ease. I couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you, Hemborg Ford for restoring my faith in Ford! Having a prior bad experience left me extremely tentative about purchasing another Ford. I'm glad that I believe in second chances... The Dynamic Duo, Duane and Dustin, didn't disappoint! :-D

Great Customer Service

Staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and practiced safe protocols. Sales person explained everything and walked us through using the features of the new vehicle before leaving the facility.
