Great service

They are always helpful. Robert the service manager always takes time out of his day to talk to his customers. Jose always goes the extra minute to insure that everything is done correctly the first time. Most of the people is service is outstanding.

Service writer

One of the best service writers is Louis. He’s so humble and respectable. Whenever I’m there he always let me know how much he enjoys his position and it shows in his work ethics. I am very pleased with the level of service I am getting with this young man.

Great service

Customer services was amazing! All Service advisors are very nice and attentive. They made me feel welcomed when I came in. I was kept inform on my vehicle. Wait time was decent! I would definitely go back!

Liz, made online experience easily, and located a truck of another lot. She went above and beyond to make he Del Come though. Ford incentives were great

Great Service!

I drove my Crown Victoria to my local Hemborg Ford dealership to have them inspect my steering column. I ended up needing a new steering column. They ordered me a new one and had it installed and ready soon after.

Good service, can be pricey to repair some items

Service was done within reasonable time. Car wash is the best Part at the end of service. Wish the car cosmetic parts would be covered under warranty

Not the best purchase for me

? For $27 k with tax I was hoping not to have the ceiling sagging from the header in areas and the bumper shaking as it is loose. It didn't appear that much was looked at before selling it. If I could return it I would and buy something else

Oil service , Air Filter and other service repairs

It was a pleasant experience , great customer service, Tony explained everything well. The timing on work was great the tech kept me in the know at all times
