Mom & I bought my first car here, so glad we did!

Team Kia stands out to me due to their great customer service! The staff at Team Kia of El Cajon are very friendly. From the moment we arrived, they extended positive attitudes in a very laid back atmosphere. Nick assisted us with our car purchase, and he was awesome. He did not haggle or push us to make any decisions we didn't want to make, and gave us the best deal possible. We were at the dealership for only 3 hours and left with a brand new car! Craig in the financing department is also very nice! Team Kia made the sometimes stressful choice of buying a first car a very positive and exciting one for my mother and I. When I went back to get my first full gas fill, they already knew who I was and what I needed when I walked in. If you are looking for a great KIA and great customer service, go to Team Kia of El Cajon!

Disappointing service

I am so disappointed with the service department. I took my 2012 Kia Optima in for a 15,000 mile service on Monday. When I got home my car was dripping oil from the undercarriage. Not a ton of oil, but it is a year old car. It should not be dripping oil. What really upsets me is this isn't the first time. The first time I got my oil changed on my brand new car, at this same dealership, it dripped oil all over my driveway and garage floor. 1st time, shame on you. 2nd time, shame on me. When I asked the mechanics today, "why does this keep happening?", the response I received was, "The new Optimas and Sorentos have a plastic tray underneath where we change the oil. If any oil spills on that, it is going to drip if someone doesn't clean it up." So, we know there is a problem and nothing is being done to address it? I will not be returning to this dealership for service unless I am reassured that this problem has been addressed.

Dale TOP NOTCH Sales Guy!1000% happy with our car!

Purchased our car with no issues from start to finish. Dale our sales guy walked us through the process with ease. Dale helped us go over the car and set up certain things prior to leaving the dealer. I took the car in the following Monday for the clear coat detail and the service department and Mike were the best. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and very thoughtful (opening doors and saying hi even if they weren't the one selling you a car) We are new to Kia and very happy with our service so far. Great car buying experience!!!!

I called down to the Kia of El Cajon and talk to Jeff Richards. He was very friendly and very professional. He walked me through and showed me everything about the car. I have already given his name and Kia of El Cajon's name to 3 of my friends. They couldn't believe the car I got for such a good deal!!! GO KIA OF EL CAJON!!!!!!

Amazing customer service

I recently bought the exact car that I've wanted since I was 16. It was all made possible by Cameron and Jeff at Team Kia of El Cajon. They were extremely helpful and accomodating to say the least. Both of them went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best service as well as a car that I was happy with. I am elated with my new car and its all thanks to them. Not only will I recommend all of my friends and family to team Kia of elcajon but I highly recommend that you make this your first stop and i guarantee it will be your last. Great service , overall incredible experience

Called in and Cameron set up an appointment for a test drive. After driving a few vehicles I chose a car and he expedited the buying process making everything go smooth and when one buying method failed for me they presented me with other options and I was able to get financed and into the perfect car. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. Kia of el Cajon you guys rock

Team Kia does good by me

The staff here are constantly very helpful and friendly. Bought my Soul here last year and I keep coming back for regular maintenance. Also... the recently renovated lounge room is very nice.

The best car buying experience!

So we walk in...Extremely reserved and ready for the sales people to attack...and we were pleasantly surprised by the most kind mannered sales associate Cameron. He introduced himself and the rest was history! Cameron helped make the stressful process of buying a car relaxing, and get this, fun! Shortly after test driving a vehicle, Jeff had come by to introduce himself. He was confident and ready to help us get a car. After getting all the details worked out we headed over to speak with Jorge about all the financial documents (probably the most stressful part of all) and he made it easy! We signed the paperwork, he answered all my questions and then we were out the door! As we were driving off the lot we couldnt have felt more blessed to have had such a wonderful car buying experience. Thank you Kia and we will definitely be referring people back to you.
