Awful experience.

Leased a new EV6 today and was taken care of by Jonathan Roots. He was extremely helpful and down to earth. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was pleasant to chat with. Manny was also great and helped work out a comfortable deal for everyone.

We purchased a 2026 KIA EV9 two months ago and left a sterling review of the sales department and the dealership generally . Yesterday, we had special service and routine evaluations at the Service Department and the entire experience was outstanding. Our concerns were all managed perfectly and expertly. The personnel were well qualified, courteous and helpful. In particular, special praise is due our Service Advisor, Stephanie Morales. She was personable, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and went way out of her way to be helpful. If you own a KIA, which itself is recommendable, I strongly encourage you to have your vehicle serviced at Team KIA of El Cajon and do yourself a favor and ask for Stephanie Morales as your Service Advisor! Jonathan roots was amazing .

Jonathan roots was amazing . He made this car buying experience actually fun. He made sure to explain everything and made us laugh which is always good. If it wasn't for him we would not have been able to buy this car. I give him 10 stars!
