The reason of the visit was recall for fuel pump change. Upon arrival I was promptly attended by the service guys and necessary work was done well on time as promised.

I just purchased my car 2 days ago and I would not be able to pick the right car if it was not for this awesome man I made an appointment with in the first place. From email to text to phone call all the way to our first meeting was definitely a great experience. He is very professional and very patient with me until I come up with my decision with what option I prefer and which car is perfect for me. Imagine keeping him for 4 hours and still have the smile until the last second of our appointment. He definitely an asset to Honda, very professional and at the same time able to build rapport . I have so much more to say but space wont be enough. The service at this dealership has always been handled with efficiency. Easy online scheduling is an added benefit. Service advisor was very helpful and work was done quickly.

Very friendly, prompt communication, answered all questions, provided estimates before work, my service advisor worked on my behalf to have most of the cost of a major repair covered by Honda. Vehicle ready at time promised.

Requested appointment was accommodated and car was finished in a timely manner. One problem with this dealership is that you have to make sure the coupon is applied.
