Until most recent visit I've been very pleased.

Until most recent visit I've been very pleased. I scheduled a routine service a week in advance and stated I would wait for the car. Changing differential fluid and oil took more than 3 hours. After 2 hours I asked what was taking so long. I suspect the paperwork ad been misfiled and it hadn't been started. I was treated as if I didn't have an appointment and was being squeezed in. Experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Quick and effective.

Quick and effective. Dropped car off for service without prearrangement. Left keys. Car back next day with warranty issue repaired, no cost.

Wayne Brent is the best salesman at this location.

Wayne Brent is the best salesman at this location. He knows the cars, I vestry and works with you to find what you need without all the pressure. They come back with fair prices and unmatched support. You buy a car once and then you service it for the life of the car. You can't find a dealership in the area that is better for their customer support and care.

This is our 2nd car purchased at AutoNation Honda

This is our 2nd car purchased at AutoNation Honda Sterling. Mauricio, our salesman, was patient and easy to work with. No high pressure to buy during our first visit and he kept in touch between our first visit and the day we bought the car (and not to an excess). Charif our finance person who walked us through the document signing was knowledgable and did not force things on us we didn't want. Overall a great experience.

Best salesman to work with. Had me covered on my vehicle 2018 Ram 2500. We drove 3 hours away and there were no hidden prices or gimmicks. I feel like I got my vehicle at a way below market price and it was easy to secure financing. Thank you guys for everything
