I went to get my car its first scheduled maintenance and it went great! The people assisted me as soon as I pulled in and Josue took care of everything professionally. I thought I would be there longer but they finished everything quick and even gave my car a quick wash when I got it back.

I had an incredible experience at AutoNation Honda Dulles, and I want to specifically recognize the exceptional team of Hadi Hamwi (manager), Yousuf Mahmoud and Calvin (sales), and Rico Caldwell (finance) for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being genuinely cared for?not just as a customer, but as a person. Hadi?s leadership is clearly reflected in the way the whole team operates: calm, respectful, and truly focused on long-term relationships, not just quick sales. Yousuf Mahmoud and Calvin were patient, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. They answered every question, explained the features in detail, and never rushed or pressured me. In the finance office, Rico Caldwell walked me through everything with clarity and respect. Can’t say it was good.

Can’t say it was good. Was about to drive to the dealership to buy the truck after speaking to a salesman. Told rep I would be there to buy the vehicle; offered to put money down prior to arrival. After waiting about an hour for confirmation, the truck was sold out from under me. Needless to say that I’ll never buy anything from this dealership.
