Very good customer service from Eddie Espinoza and the staff very pleased with my experience purchasing my vehicle at Ken Grody

This dealership is the worst of the worst. straight trash. still living in covid times and trying to mark up stuff over msrp and Kbb. gave them a VERY reasonable offer and refused to even talk to me about it. yet they continually dropped the price automatedly. Saleem Gitesatani is the worst of them all. Acted like he was God and very dismissive not wiling to negotiate. no wonder his name includes the word "satan" in it. I even sent an email to the owner, Kurt Maletych, and he was worse than his employees. Didn't even bother to respond. Must be a culture with Ken Grody. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
