Semaj was terrific at getting initial paperwork done.

Semaj was terrific at getting initial paperwork done. Steve negotiated over the phone giving options for lease buyout etc. Lou did very well at processing loan.

Mustafa was wonderful in helping me secure my front

Mustafa was wonderful in helping me secure my front windshield while they were on backorder and with the installation process. Moose, even went out of his way to help me after the windshield installation, and I thought something was wrong. He helped me immediately when I drove in with the issue. Corey Taft was awesome in directing me to the right personnel at Honda of El Cajon and helping and making the decision to go with Honda or Safelite for the windshield replacement.

100% Satisfied.

100% Satisfied. My salesman Steve Smith was great from start to finish. I was hesitant at first because I was trading in a 2025 Lexus, but Corey Taft but me as ease with my trade in. Louie in finance was quick and informative. My 2025 Civic, Hybrid, Sport Touring edition is fun & easy to drive. This was the best experience I have ever had when buying a new car. -Johnny M

Went for service, but Jose explain to me all recommendations in short future need it to get it done, it is always nice when they explain you why you need next service or repair.

Once I got to the store and spoke to someone in person

Once I got to the store and spoke to someone in person everything went great the phone support not so swift! They got me out in a couple of hours and the new fuel pump seems to be working ty very much thank you to Melissa

I would like to especially thank Ricardo Garcia for his knowledge, professionalism and answering questions not asked in regards to my new 2025 Honda pilot. I feel very happy with my purchase.
