I went to dealer just to check an used car but no concrete decision to buy it. Started a brief phone call with Michelle and when I arrived, got Frank support. He is a great sales person, not rushed and took me for a long test drive, that made me love the car and dive to buy it. Totally recommended.

Rody and Allen did a great job at listening to what I wanted and finding a car that would meet my needs and budget. They were always polite, professional, and friendly, never pushy, and worked super hard at getting the deal we wanted. The paperwork process was efficient and the car was delivered sparkling clean, full of gas, with a full explanation of all of the features. Maryann also checked in regularly during the sales process and provided help where needed. I'll be doing my regular service at this dealership and am glad to know that it's such a nice business to work with.

Bought a BRAND NEW 2019 F150 STX a couple weeks back from Encinitas Ford and i could not be happier. I had been looking for months as was convinced that i was going to have to buy a used truck. BUT, my wife found they had a 2019 STX with everything i wanted for just a little more than the used trucks i had been looking at. I called Encinitas Ford and spoke with Mariam (who was awesome by the way!) and she connected me with Paul who assured me that the deal we found was, in fact, real. I live in Orange County and needed to make sure that if i drove all the way to Encinitas, they weren't going to pull a fast one on me. Paul assured me the truck existed at the price advertised. We drove down there (note-try to avoid the 5 South on a Saturday, took almost 3 hours!), met with Paul, who introduced us to Andy who pulled the truck up and took me for a test drive. I was sold, but still skeptical about the price and waiting for the upsells to begin! It never happened, we did the usual new car buying deal quickly and i was outta there in a couple hours. I was very impressed with the low key, family atmosphere at Encinitas Ford. It's not some giant car dealership with slimy salespeople waiting to pounce on you. Mariam told me Encinitas Ford was a family run operation and i was happy to discover that it truly is. If you have the opportunity to purchase a car or truck from these folks, do it! You won't be let down.

Extremely friendly team of professionals. Actually had a great time chatting with Sam and Andy. The entire purchasing experience was quick and simple. They were very accommodating to my special request and I highly recommend Encinitas Ford!
