Had an 8:45 appointment...got there early...probably 15-18 cars ahead of me..did not honor my appointment..told me it would be 2 1/2 - 3 hour wait...only good thing was the niceness of John Suckling

Great service, very helpful and easy going. Big nice lobby with plenty of seating. They also offer a Lyft service up to 10 miles to get you home and back while you wait. I took advantage of the Lyft services and I was very happy with my Lyft drivers and grateful for the help. Juan my service advisor was kind and helpful, all the staff I encountered was nice and made me smile. Will recommend to everyone I know. 10 Stars!

Service Advisor John Suckling provides quality professional service. He is a good listener, takes time to explain problems on the front end and then always provides a summary and recap in person after repairs are done. This helps me understand what I paid for and why it was important. I have an old Tacoma (>300,000 miles) and John is my go to advisor for service.

2 wires on top of our engine were chewed by a mouse.
2 wires on top of our engine were chewed by a mouse. How much should that should cost to fix? We fixed it by splicing in new wire. Escondido wanted $8187.00 for a whole new harness. The truck would never have been the same either.
