It was a good experience other than having to wait 4

It was a good experience other than having to wait 4 hours for the finance department when I had all the paper work done a week prior to showing up. Just had to sign and leave.

I had a pretty good buying experience.

I had a pretty good buying experience. We had issues with David McDavid in the past and I swore I was never going to buy from them again but I did and it was a good experience. My only complaint was after I bought my car, the $500 tint I had no choice but paying for since it came on my car was peeled when I bought it brand new. I messaged my salesman and he didn?t know what to do and referred me to someone in the service department who would not answer the phone for over a week and I left several messages and he had no idea what I was talking about and didn?t know the salesman but said the tint should be handled by my salesman. I tried reaching back out to my salesman and couldn?t get a hold of him either and finally I got ahold of the sales manager and he had my salesman get a hold of me and finally got everything handled. It did take a little while at the dealership waiting on the tint to be replaced. The tint guy tried to fix and then cut the tint but did the right thing and fully replaced it. I?m waiting to make sure the bubbles come out but I am satisfied it did get taken care of at the end of the day. More than they did with our purchase of a 2015 expedition.

Very good, made an appointment and they took my truck straight back. The service representative informed me as to what they were doing and other options that might need going. And they didn?t hard sell me.
