Was told the negotiated price was based on Ford financing, then they stuck us with Truist. I could have used my own financing and saved money and time. Just watch your back if buying from these folks.

I took my car to the dealer to fix a recall on it.
I took my car to the dealer to fix a recall on it. I was told that fixing the recall takes three hours. They have to take the trunk apart to fix or replace the rear backup camera. Was told it couldn’t get done that day but they could send someone to my house the next morning to fix it. The next day came the repair man came. He was here 15 minutes said he was done and left and I have no clue what was done to my vehicle as I did not get any paperwork. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with the service department. They had my car before to fix my back up camera I went in at 8 AM that day by 5 PM. I’d heard no word on my car being ready. I called to the dealer. They say that they’re working on it. I go to the dealership to find my car has not been touched that entire day and was told that other people had come in with other problems that were more important than mine for the holiday weekend And they repaired and fixed other people’s vehicles why mine sat there all day long nothing was done I would not trust this dealership for anything
